Tried to order 2 attachments, a zillion emails and calls later, (it keeps getting 'escalated' to higher ups. Nice a human actually answers the phone almost immediately though! Little handheld works like a charm! Then big wet/dry vac stopped working. Brush doesn't role, gears don't switch, no talking anymore. Can't self clean..I MEAN NOTHING BUT A MOTOR HUM.Called customer service again, sent videos, kept getting emails. My window to send back was almost over. No choice but to send back. Sure wish I would of loved it but. For the price of something just sitting in the corner, had to send back. This sucks. And not in a good way.

Highly recommend! I purchased this over 6 months ago and use it at least weekly and it’s still one of my favorite purchases. I have young kids so I am regularly cleaning my house with all wood flooring. I am honestly amazed at how dirty my floors get and how great this cleans them once I see the dirty water. I bought on sale for around $200 and would buy it again for sure! A few great features are that it has a self propeller so it doesn’t take much effort and it lays flat to get under vanities.

The mova K30 wet and dry vacuum has been very good to us so far. I have used it for every room in the house so far and I’m very impressed with its capabilities at the price point and the size of the vacuum. It’s lightweight and compact. Can fit under small spaces with its lay flat capabilities and it can completely obliterate both stains, and crumbs with ease. This vacuum helped me immediately throw away my old clunky vacuum and I couldn’t be happier.

Cuando la regresan llega en una caja toda rota y la máquina también y ahora me dicen que yo debo reglarmar a la compañía que la trajo, como si yo fui quien contrató la compañía , ya van dos meses en el estira y trae con esa compañía It's a piece of junk; it broke down in less than five months. The company made me send a ton of pictures and videos. When they returned it, it arrived in a completely wrecked box, and the machine was broken too. Now they're telling me I have to pay the company that delivered it, as if I was the one who hired them. It's been two months of back and forth with that company.

Absolutely thrilled with this vacuum cleaner — it effortlessly handles hardwood, carpet, and pet hair alike with whisper-quiet power. It has made my whole cleaning routine smoother and faster. The customer service was also nice — they responded quickly and went above and beyond to help with my questions. Definitely recommend it!

The Mova company followed up with me and provided an upgrade X4 Pro Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner. Its a really nice vacuum, works well, allows you to spray hot water in difficult areas. Its a little heavier than my original purchase. I like that it has a heat self cleaning feature. I still would have preferred my original purchase as it was lighter and able to seperate and interchange to a hand held vacuum. Stopped working within 30 days of buying. Says error restart or contact customer support. I was so excited thinking it would be so easy to clean up the house. Disappointed I couldn't get it fixed or replaced.

Returning the machine after 2nd day of use , 1st day it worked great. Now Mop function is not working , no mopping, vaccum is okay. Tried all steps as per their support personnel but still machine do not mop. Bought it for its features , but I feel quality check is poor at the factory
