This stap is great for posture. It sits well and is comfortable. I use it when I need more posture control v;s my other strap which I can wear much longer.

The back brace arrived with easy-to-follow instructions. Initially, it felt itchy and uncomfortable under my clothing, so I wore it on the outside. During the first week, I experienced some stomach discomfort, possible due to wrapping it too tightly. But, this was resolved by the second week.After experimenting and finding a proper fit, I noticed a significant improvement in my posture as I kept using it. However, it's important to use it consistently, or the benefits may quickly fade.

The brace is made ok. It is elastic and adjustable, and it has a thin aluminum bar in the back for support. I was able to put it on, but it did not fit me well. I am male 5' 10 and 190lbs. I do lift weights, but I am not "huge." The brace did not cover most of my back like the picture of the woman on the box. It was about halfway down my back. I could feel some support, but to be honest, I was hoping for something that would "pull" my shoulders back and help with my posture at my desk. It was too uncomfortable for me, but if I had a smaller frame, it may have performed and fit better. Thus, my review is based on my body size or for anyone who would be bigger.

I can feel it working. It definitely helps my posture.
