Not for mens shoes
These shoe stretchers are for small womens shoes. The only shoes I was able to put the on is a pair of flats. when inserted, it is not easy to tighten because you can not get your full fingers into the shoe. These look big on the picture but they are very small.

Shoes or boots to tight
I ❤️ these shoe or boot stretchers. I just wind them out and put them into whatever I’m stretching. If it’s to wide make them smaller and your good to go. I had a pair of boots that where to tight around the arch of my foot had them stretched at a shoe stretcher, this year still to tight! Not any more.😁 highly recommend .....
