Great item easy to fill.

Size 00 is a medium sized capsule so not small, but easily manageable to swallow.I am working on formulating my own personal supplements so these capsules are a good method of packaging difficult to consume or unpalatable ingredients.The quality is great, the capsules seal together with a bit of a reassuring 'click' and seem secure.The supplied spoons are excellent, although as they are made of plastic I did get some static problems, metal conductive ones so you could Earth yourself would be better, I need to look for some.At least with size 00 you have some chance to fill them reasonably easily. I made a little stand by poking holes in a small cardboard box so I could load them on my micro scales for accurate fills.Having ingested some I can confirm the contents seemed to deliver and I had no digestive issues.Good value at £6 for 100 but current discount (30%) means just £4.18.Perfect.

These are quite large but are easy enough to swallow, very smooth and go down well. I've used them to fill with Psyllium Husk Powder, a fibre additive that is somewhat difficult to drink as a gel on it's own. In this capsule I can down the powder and drink water after making it much easier.The down side is manually filling these up is very time consuming. These come with little spoon tools to help fill them but I think you can get little tables for doing them in bulk. It might be worth investing in these if you're planning on doing a lot, but I think most people who're looking for these will know what they need anyway.The capsules come part and go back together easily enough, but manage to stay together once filled.
