I've taken these previously ordered directly from the website. They work well for me but these particular ones I purchased from Amazon taste and smell horrible. I'll stick to purchasing from the actual website even though it costs more

My mood is better when I take them. I only take 2 bc other vitamins I take overlap with what's in these ones. I'm not euphoric or anything, just less irritated and more neutral. I haven't noticed too much of a difference in my cycle. Maybe a little less cramps and less lower back pain. I bleed a lot normally so no difference there.

I've only been taking these pills for about a week so I don't know if they've made any difference yet. However, I had to note the smell and taste of them since I didn't see any reviews mention it--- they smell and taste so bad! I can barely get them down. I only plan on finishing these bottles and not getting more.

These seem to work better for me than the other brands I’ve tried. They are definitely a great value for all the ingredients in them!
