The waist and both shoulder straps are all adjustable so you can customize it in three different areas for the perfect fit. The waistband has two spots that snap and unsnap to take the vest on and off with ease. This sized vest fit both my husband and me well. I did see other similar vest options like this that specified an option for women & children. I also saw some vests that included a small waterproof zippered pouch on the front that could fit a phone, credit cards/ID which I think is a great addition and the only thing this vest seems to be missing.It lights up on both the front and back midsections, so you are afforded with visibility from both directions. Each lit up section has its own rechargeable pack, and a dual charging cord is included so you can recharge both sections at the same time, while only using one cord. In addition to the portions that light up, all the bands are also lined with reflective strips so definitely don't put this vest on if you're trying to go incognito. The two battery packs light up in red to let you know they're charging and change to green when they're fully charged. You can easily remove the battery packs from the openings provided so you can wash the vest.There are several light color options to choose; white, green, blue, red, and pink, in both a solidly lit up mode or a flashing mode and the last option flashes utilizing all the colors.When you're not using the vest, it can be wrapped up and stored compactly without taking up a lot of space.This is a great value for the price point, and I would recommend it to anyone. I plan to use it for bike riding and road trips in case a roadside emergency were to arise, and my husband will use it as his running safety vest.

The vest is quite visible even with the LED's turned off with a reflective stripe in the middle of the harness, once you turn on the LED's you become reportable as a UFO Landing Event. There is no doubt you are seen while walking on the side or crossing the road so many colors with steady or flashing in each color. I'm a big guy (4XL) and it easily stretches around me at the largest adjustment, the waist belt buckle which is difficult to snap and unsnap which doesn't seen very robust which is my only worry. I wish the instructions were better as there were none and I wish there was some state of charge indicator as I have no idea how long a charge will last or how long a recharge takes. I'll have to take a long walk and see how long a charge lasts on nice night. I would definitely recommend buying this Item again it will be easy enough to figure out anything needed even if the buckle doesn't last.

This vest has been awesome for my early morning runs. It’s super easy to throw on, fits well without being bulky, and the reflectors are really solid. The color changing LED lights are super bright and make me feel much more visible in low light. I also love that it’s rechargeable, no messing around with batteries. Lightweight, simple, and it gets the job done. Definitely a great buy for anyone who runs or bikes in the dark.

Fantastic safety harness giving higher visibility for walking, biking, etc. Our daughter walks with her baby in a front pack about a mile a day and I am so worried she is going to get hit. She wears an orange reflective vest but it is cumbersome and doesn't fit well with baby in a pack. This has a very low profile and is extremely adjustable. Lightweight and comfortable but the best part - it really lights up and is very reflective.The lights are independent from front to back and the colors vary from white, red, blue, etc. and even have a flashing combo of colors. For well under twenty bucks this is a great buy and so worth it. I love the added protection this give - so next level. Straps are great and it is all very well made. Cool.

This is built well and has a light in the front and a light in the back. They can be changed independently being on or off, any mix of colors, and choice of blinking or solid light. Very cool. I ride my motorcycle at night from work and will use it for that.

I got this vest to use while walking in the evenings. It is light-weight and can be easily worn over clothes. The straps can be adjusted to various lengths depending on the size of the user. I love how well the vest lit up at night. You can change the colors of the flashing lights and it can be seen afar off. It comes with a charger, so you do not need batteries. Great safety vest. I highly recommend this product. I may order two more for everyone in my family.

This light vest is great for bike riders and for those who like to walk in the late ate evening. It is very easy to use and it's comfortable to wear. Light is bright. My son loves to use when he rides his bike in the late evening. Very functional and good value.
