These brownies are seriously tasty—I could easily finish the whole box in one go if I let myself! What I really like is that they’re not overly sweet, so they satisfy cravings without being too much. The variety of flavors in the box is a nice bonus, and the banana chocolate ones are definitely a standout for me. They’re also packed with a decent amount of protein, which is great since I work out regularly and need that extra boost. Overall, the quality is impressive, and they’re definitely worth the price. I’ll be ordering more for sure!

Very nice taste and texture - certainly none of the powderyness and harsh artificial taste of traditional protein bars. It is however quite small both for the price and for the packaging used. Other slightly less tasty snacks can be a lot cheaper, so worthy alternatives.

Well got mine Today 11/07/25. I have to say taste really chocolate which is nice, but can not taste any coconut at all? so disapointed about that ;-/ and could not find on any of the packaging the calorie info at all? online either, which was abit of a let down because it is aklways good to know when your trying somthing that is going to be better for you? so putting the calorie info on would would alot better in my opinion, lookig at other reviews, it seems others think these are Sugar free, I am not so sure about that? without the info on packaging you cannot check that, no added sugar doesn't mean sugar free. so where does the sweetness come from? be interested to know that myself.

I can literally eat anything. I never thought there would be anything in the world I can't eat. I eat bad protein bars, expired food etc But this is disgusting on a whole different level. There's just something in them that's so so off

Zuerst war ich etwas skeptisch, weil viele Produkte in dieser Kategorie oft entweder zu künstlich schmecken oder eine seltsame Konsistenz haben, aber das ist hier überhaupt nicht der Fall. Die Protein Brownies sind super praktisch für zwischendurch. Sie sättigen gut, ohne dass man das Gefühl hat, einen schweren Stein im Magen zu haben, und das Beste: Sie schmecken wirklich lecker! Man hat hier nicht das Gefühl, einen Kompromiss zwischen Geschmack und Nährwerten machen zu müssen. Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass man eine süße Versuchung wie einen Brownie so genießen kann, ohne ein schlechtes Gewissen zu haben. Für mich sind sie der perfekte Nachtisch oder auch mal ein kleiner Genuss am Nachmittag, wenn ich Lust auf etwas Süßes habe, aber trotzdem gesund bleiben möchte. mein personal best wirklich !

Dopo varie provate negli anni del mio percorso 'fitness', posso finalmente constatare di aver provato degli ottimi brownie proteici ed energetici dagli ottimi valori nutrizionali e dal buon gusto, pur essendo FIT e quasi SENZA ZUCCHERO! Ebbene si, perché queste barrette sono prodotte da FitnesSHOCK con sede principale in Turchia, a Istanbul. Denominate come PROTEIN BROWNIE, queste in particolare da me provate sono sia al gusto Cioccolato e sia Cioccolato e Banana e hanno i seguenti valori nutrizionali per 100gr: -466Kcal di Energia tra cui 34gr. di Grassi, 20gr. di Carboidrati, 15gr. di proteine. Considerando che il biscotto ha un peso di 50gr., presenta 7.5gr. di proteine che risultano essere ottime per saturare i muscoli durante uno spuntino pomeridiano o quando si ha voglia di qualcosa di dolce! A mio giudizio non sono indicate nel periodo di 'tiraggio' per chi fa bodybuilding, ma per il periodo di 'bulk' sono perfette perché hanno comunque un basso numero di grassi e zuccheri, ma non cosi' basso per chi segue un'alimentazione dura. Il gusto è da PAURA, super buono, si sente sia il cioccolato che i pezzetti di banana che personalmente adoro; ha una buona consistenza, non è troppo stopposo e risulta essere dalla buona digestione. Non è troppo dolce, e i dolcificanti presenti non lasciano strani retrogusti in bocca una volta terminato. La grammatura è nella media delle barrette presenti sul mercato e saziano il giusto. La loro scadenza è lunga, un anno per quelle a me giunte con produzione Luglio 2023. Il prezzo, che al momento della mia recensione è di 21,99 euro per 10 biscotti, è davvero ottimo considerando che uno di esso costa sui 2 euro! Dai miei giudizi e dalla mia esperienza, non posso far altro che consigliarle a pieni voti, senza esitazioni!
