At first skeptical that this would work, I have used it for a week now and really love it. It's compact, so if you're looking to lug around a bunch of gear this probably isn't the best fit. On a typical day I bike to work and carry with me gym clothes and shoes, my phone, wallet, keys and bike light. I know I could also slide in my iPad or MacBook Air if I wanted to and it would fit just fine. I haven't tried the locking feature yet. I have slide a phone charging cord through and that's pretty neat and unique. The aluminum handle is a nice touch and is comfortable to grip. I also find the front of the bag to have a very sleek design and I appreciate the reflective strip.So far a really big fan of this bag! Now I'm hopeful it will hold up as well as my previous bag (of a different brand) did.

The lock stopped working properly almost immediately. However I didnt mind so much as it was not a big reason for my purchase. What I really dont like is after about a month the straps have started fraying on the edges almost as if they didnt use enough fabric and the strain was to much.

There lots of space in the backpack. The locks are very durable. When I use it I’m not afraid of my staff getting stolen.

I really like the back pack i ues it every day it more on a day to day back pack dosent fix mor than what you need for that day so id pick a bigger one for travelers

Not a bad bag at all.Product is perfectly fine, it's just not very durable. Does everything you expect a bag to do, it just isn't durable so don't expect it to last very long. I recommend!

The bag came in and there was a lock code already set. I could not choose my own lock. The front pockets became unsewed really fast and broke. Not a bad bag but I wish it didnt quite fall apart as fast.

Quirky. Not great looking, but firm durability, and holds its shape outside the box. Doesn't feel light weight. And found no instructions how to use the attached charging doc.

I was looking for a mid size bag; this comes closest to the size I was looking for.
