Bright and Vibrant, But A Somewhat Rocky Start.
I have installed a few of the SENGLED multicolor light bulbs in my house. They work well and are an easy setup and less expensive than the Phillips Hue product line. These tie into my scenes well. The colors are pretty vibrant and when set to white I sense these are comparable to the 100 Watt Bulb (I could be wrong though)I have not integrated with Alexa and cannot speak to that setupCons:HUB SETUP: I felt the instruction manual was too simplistic and seemed to miss a few details. I needed to do a web search for a step by step guide.HUB CONNECTIVITY: The smartphone app will frequently become disconnected from the service, this will cause a marked delay in response to the smart devices. Lights also become non-responsive or reflect an inaccurate power state. This is easily corrected but a real frustration.HUB SINGLE USER: You can only have one account associated with the hub. For members of the household, you will need to prove your user ID and password.

This light bulb set is truly smart - schedules work as expected with dimming and color change capability. Works with Alexa!
I have been looking for smart light bulbs for the lamps on both sides of my front entrance door. Normally I just need those lights to be on for the evening hours so the whole house will not look dark at night. I don't really want to purchase a separate timer for this purpose and hoped that the smart bulbs will do the job. Initially I contemplated buying the Hue bulbs, but they are so expensive for just two bulbs until I ran into these Sengled bulbs. Attracted by the lower price, I decided to give this less known brand a try. To my surprise, it works out to be exactly what I need.As of today, I have used it for about 10 days and they never failed a day to turn on and off at the specified time setup by the App schedule. They are so bright at night that I am considering lowering the brightness. I can adjust its brightness as part of the scheduling. Another neat thing is that I can also adjust its color between a more yellowish white and a more whitish white. I don't really need to adjust the color for my entrance light, but I can imagine this being useful for my bedside lamp. The App also comes with a wakeup function to wake one up by gradually lighting up. People sensitive to the lights may find this to be useful but I am a heavy sleeper. One another thing I noticed is that they don't flash when I tried to use my wall dimmer unlike traditional LED or Halogen bulbs which comes as an surprise. After reading the description on being Alexa compatible, I gave it a try and wow it does work with Echo Alexa. Though I really don't need to use Alexa to control the bulbs since they are on a schedule. I might consider adding a few more bulbs to be used indoor eventually, by then Alexa would be useful for lighting control. The only thing that I wish to be different was the clear cap. It allows you to see what is inside the bulbs, but I am more used to a frosted cap. In any case, they are used inside lamps, so it is not likely that I am going to stare at them all the time.Overall it is a surprisingly good buy and I certainly recommended giving it a try!

Three Zigbee bulbs with a locked down hub...
I ordered this since I was tired of failing Zigbee lights. I wanted something Zigbee that was designed for home lighting and stable, as that keeps down WiFi traffic and matches my other IoT devices which are Zigbee, as well as increasing speed and hopefully reliability. Zigbee was reliable until all of my previous providers started charging or shutdown (Wink, Lightify, etc.), but with my recent attempts at hub replacement not all devices have been supported or there has been issues with lost connection to my devices.I initially thought that I could pair more than the Sengled lighting to the hub, but that was impossible as it is locked down for only Sengled products in the app. I then thought I would try the bulbs on the old ZB hub, but it seems like they look some of the colour range and dimming settings. I then discovered that you can add Sengled devices to Home Assistant using the Sengled account to talk to the hub through the internet. This seems to work, though I am trying to migrate from any internet connection for my home automations with IoT devices -- they should work when the internet is not available.Setup was a bit of a pain as none of the bulbs were paired to the hub and they also were not in pairing mode. Unlike other ZB bulbs, the on-off pairing reset has to be faster than the switch in a table lamp. I had to plug a lamp into a surge protector to reset the bulbs one at a time, since I had to flip the on-off switch to on about ten times within about 5sec before they would enter pairing mode.I am using these devices (hub and all bulbs) with Alexa without any issues for now... until Amazon or Sengled screws that up as well. It currently works really well as it is fast and it always responds. The bulbs are bright in yellow mode which is my default. I am rating this four stars for the regular users that have none of my needs, as it is easy to setup (except entering pairing mode) and it works readily with Alexa. As always, your mileage and preferences may vary...

Easy to set up and works reliably.
My last hub lasted about 5 years. If I had hooked it to a UPS through a power surge, it would have probably lasted another 5 years. The hubs from this company are very well made. The hub was immediately recognized in their app. The Sengled account can be joined to your Alexa account to work with Amazon Echo products. The lights they make seem to last forever. I will continue buying their products if I need to expand. I would highly recommend this vendor's products.Motion detection on this product is irrelevant, so I'll give that category 5 stars to not ruin my review.

Buen producto
Es un producto agradable aunque lo siento como un gasto extra por querer tener conectado todo a es hub. Pero cumple con sus funciones y fácil de instalar y configurar via cable o inalámbricamente.

Very good buy for its price
I honestly love these lightsPros:-app is pretty easy to use and the lights and hub arent hard to setup at allThey get pretty bright and the daylight setting is pure white which i love-you can setup a time when they turn off which helps my busy schedule if i ever forget to turn them off-the lights work 100% of the time with the appCons:-the colors arent SUPER accurate but it still work for my liking-my lights are synced to alexa and they work about 80% of the time when i ask her to change color or turn on and off

I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.
Amazing smart lights. The brightness is insane (you can dim them all the way to zero). The color choices are unlimited, literally. Whatever your mood. The build quality is amazing. Setup and installation was a breeze too.Last thing, you can add it to Google Assistant (the phone version) after initial setup. Or to Google Home is you have a nest. I control it via voice only now. First through Assistant before I got the nest mini, then later through the nest itself.

Buena
