The best ramen noodles! We make ramen from scratch every few weeks. Please note that these are SALTY so boil them in a pan separate to your broth or else you will have a very salty meal.

Though not quite what come to mind when I imagine ramen noodles, these are very good! They have a nice, slightly chewy texture. I like that they are non-fried. Even though they aren't as rich tasting as I'd expect of ramen noodles, they are lighter in calories and fat which I appreciate. Though these noodles aren't quite instant; they do cook quickly, but you really ought to drain them as they are VERY salty. After that just add them to whatever soup base you like (you can just steal the seasoning packet from a cheap instant ramen package, if you are feeling lazy). Overall very tasty, and a healthier option for noodle soup enjoyers such as myself.

We always buy these because the kids love ramen and these are their favorite noodles.

This ramen is a pantry staple in our house. The texture and taste are both great (especially the texture! Has a nice chew to it) and it goes well in cold noodle dishes as well as hot. I appreciate that the noodles do not stick together or clump.

We love using these noodles to make homemade Ramen. They are the best. Easy to cook.

Pros: Tasty; Easy to cook; pre-portioned. Cons: high sodium content; packaging could be iproved to ensure noodles don't break.

Love noodles and was happy enough with the cheap square nests available at my local grocery store, where they are less than 4 dollars for about the same amount. These are considerably more expensive but IMO absolutely worth it. Superior taste and because each noodle is separate (unlike the square nests of the cheaper variety), they cook faster and more evenly too. Quality makes a difference in this case!
