Rimmel Scandaleyes Shadow Stick, Witness White, 0.11 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)

This lasts longer than most shadows as I have very oily eyes. I have to use LOTS of primer to normally get shadow or liner to last even an hour. However, this one lasts for hours. If I want full day I have to use primer but it lasts a long time even without. Also, it is not translucent. It goes on white with 2 strokes. Others I have tried are translucent and I can barely see them. I'm very happy with this one!

This is way too soft to put on and it doesn't retract which means you have to lose a lot of your product to sharpen it, which seems crazy to me.

Love love this eye shadow pencil. Goes on nice and smooth. Great for any eye color. Adds great pop to your eyes. Highly recommend.

So to get this out of the way, for people who need a sharpener for this... Loreal Paris Voluminous Smoldering eye liner/pencil comes with a sharpener for thick eye liners. It couldn't fit more perfect than it does. And I just want to say that the smoldering eyeliner is my all time favorite. I'm still on my first one that I bought 4 years ago(I wear makeup half the time so like every other day). You rarely need to sharpen it and it leaves a great smoldering look. Easily controlled on how much smudge you want. If nothing else it's worth checking out I bought a backup because I figure by the time I run out of the first one they won't sell it anymore. Anyways, so I received this eye shadow pencil yesterday and something sad happened. Take it as you will whether it's my fault or the seller's. So first of all its not sealed with any plastic which isn't a bad thing unless you know it's supposed to be. When I went to take the cap off to give it a swatch, it felt like it was super glued shut! I'm serious I really struggled with it. I pulled as hard as I could and finally it came off... But so did the tip of the pencil... Mild disappointment. I would probably be more upset about it if I didn't have a sharpener that fit. I smushed the tip between my fingers to give a swatch and let me tell you! It's like softened butter! Takes very little pressure to get bold lines. The colour I purchased is witness white. It has a shimmer to it that really stands out. Not in a bad way though. It blends just beautifully with little effort. When blended it can appear metallic depending on your contrast eyeshadow. I specifically bought this as a base. I have highly pigmented neon eyeshadow that fades quickly. I love the color so I needed to bond it to something that also embellishes the color. The shimmer doesn't interfere at all when I used it as a base. I sharpened immediately after it broke and it's sharpens nicely, meaning the wood shaving is even and intact until your done. You have to be slow though because the shadow again is like softened butter. Very delicate. Oh and it says on and strong until you remove it. The swatch on my arm was hard to clean even with soap. Water proof. This is a wonderful addition to my cosmetic stash! I have a beauty box that has three shelves. It fits all of my makeup and tools (FOR NOW). So I organize my box as follows, bottom shelf holds face creams and my least often used makeup. Middle holds brushes, occasional use makeup and all my BOLD colors that I would only wear to parties or concerts. The top shelf has all the basics that I wouldn't leave the house without putting on, most used brushes and tweezers and finally my ALL TIME FAVES! ScandalEyes Witness White instantly top shelved. Its now one of my classics. I WOULD recommend to a friend. I WOULD recommend to a stranger. I WOULD buy again. I WOULDN'T let anyone borrow mine. I might buy some different colors if its a huge pigment 'must have' color. But for now this is a great base for me. Can't wait to try going black & white shadow, I'm thinking I'll be able to create a whole new (intensely beautiful) look.

Product arrived without a cap on and the white pencil part was completely ground down and gone. If I were you, I wouldn’t order this in white- like other people said, there is no plastic seal so the makeup could be covered in germs! I ordered this in black also but that one arrived sealed in plastic.

I use this product under eyes and under lips in crease going towards neck to highlight these areas. The only problem I have with it is using a pencil sharpener as the scandalizes has very difficult woody covering.

This is an okay product, Just doesn't show very well on the eyes or my skintone. Better used as a highlight and you can build it up to make it more pigmented. Edit: when the product runs out or goes low that's pretty much it. You don't get to twist it or push it up for more product.

Matitone ombretto colore bianco, facilmente applicabile poiché è abbastanza morbido e quindi non fa male alle palpebre quando si passa di sopra. Colore resistente per diverse ore, non provoca bruciore agli occhi e facilmente removibile con le salviette struccanti. Completo di tappo che protegge la punta. Facile da temperare quando la punta si rimpicciolisce. Lo consiglio !

This is such a creamy stick, if you put more pressure its shape will be deformed. Having said that u can use it in the inner corner of eyes n brow bone to highlight. Stays put there.. Do not worry if u rub ur eyes it won't come off until u use makeup remover..

Tiene muy padre consistencia, y me agrada mucho como sombra o como delineador, lo malo esque no se consigue sacapuntas de ese tamaño
