Super low quality, does not charge properly, even after being plugged in for hours, the battery lasts 30 min max, while the player is on it constantly hangs!!

Il prodotto si è presentato sin da subito di una lentezza esasperante. Spesso le APP Amazon Music e Spotify si bloccavano e per farle ripartire dovevo chiuderle e riavviarle. Inoltre quando lo collegavo al caricabatterie non partiva la ricarica oppure partiva dopo qualche minuto di collegamento. Alla fine non ha più caricato il sistema operativo (restava bloccato alla schermata di avvio) e per spegnerlo dovevo premere il tasto di reset. Restituito al mittente Non proprio un bel regalo di natale

Unfortunately, after only three months since we purchased this product, it stopped working completely. It no longer turns on or charges. I contacted the seller by email to request the warranty, but I have not received a response yet. If the seller responds and resolves the issue, I will update this review accordingly.
