Disgusting
Deserved a 0 Star or even negative. I’m beyond disgusted with this unacceptable service. Bag received is a used item; inside and outside bag is in poor and dirty condition with pen/ ink markings , hair , leaves and all kinds of junk.

High-end functional luxury
I'm not sure who Ted Baker is, but he makes a damn fine bag. I'm currently using this as my portable office with everything I need for a day of working at the local coffeehouse or at the park. It comfortably fits a 15" laptop, a few notebooks and my water and snacks. The woven texture is actually an imprint on thick synthetic fabric -- it's so thick it feels almost like plastic -- and it cleans just as well as plastic. I've dumped coffee on it, set it on the dirty ground, drug it everywhere for months now, and a simple damp cloth has removed all evidence of my messy exploits. The handles appear to be synthetic leather, but so far they've held up well -- no cracking or crazing -- and the small zipper pocket on the inside safely contains my wallet, cell phone and reading glasses. I've received several compliments on the bag, which doesn't surprise me. It reads as very high end, similar to a luxury brand. This is far nicer than what I expected to receive. It's a bit pricey for a tote bag, but I could see this holding up for years to come.

I had not heard of this brand before, but it has the look of the other luxury brands that are similar and I’m very happy with it because now I noticed all of these little details about it like the inside and the zippers which are special. Wether it’s worth the sale price? I wouldn’t spend this much but you do get something nice which seems durable and long lasting with care. Plus many folks particularly crave the designer label logo / marquee aesthetics and I assume this would please them. Maybe it’s great as a gift.
