Q: Does the sauce packet contain MSG?

That's a great question, unfortunately I myself do not read Japanese.... I will say that I do not get that after taste, I would typically get from eating a heavily loaded MSG food item.

2 cups of water, bring to a boil. add sauce packets, don't let it foam up too much or it will boil over. add noodles and cook them to your liking. 3 minutes tops for noodles.
