If you care about your child's health you will steam veggies in glass. I don't worry about leaching with the glass steamer. I know my daughter is getting all the nutrients from her veggies because they are safely steamed without touching water. It is made in France and is clearly extremely high quality. The food also tastes great after it's steamed in this container.
