Nice looking bike but after two weeks commuting to work (40 miles round trip) one spoke snapped then it got caught with the brakes and bent another one, it almost made me fall because the back wheel went to a complete stop, i barely had time to detach my shoe from the pedal, then i went to their website to find out that spokes are not covered by warranty, I weight around 200 pounds and this bike is rated to 300 pounds, I cannot relay on this bike anymore to take me to work, i will have to find a sturdy onefrom their web page:NOTE: POPPING SPOKES ON WHEELS ARE NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY,NOTE: IF WEIGHT LIMITS ON BIKES ARE EXCEEDED , ALL FRAME/FORK WARRANTIES ARE VOIDED. ***(\Road bikes are rated for 220lbs, and adventure disc bikes are rated at 300lbs)

After receiving my well packed bike in a huge box, I went to unpacking it as fast as I could. I found no defects or issues. The bike went together very easily and without problems. After tuning the bike and adjust it for size, I took it for a ride around the block. I was amazed. The bike made no noise while riding at all, unlike my old mtn bike it was replacing. I shifted through the gears and was soon at top speed, what a rush. Braking was good also. My only small complaint is that shifting is a little slow, but other than that, it’s all good. I’m already looking at tommaso bikes for when I want to upgrade to a full road bike in a year or so.

Help a friend pick out this bike. Ordered and had shipped to my place so I could assemble and adjust. Came well packed was perfectly protected. Had to install handlebars, front wheel and seat. Adjusted the shifters and brakes.We went on a forty mile ride today. He said the bike felt good. We added some clipless pedals. It comes with flat metal pedals. it took him some time to get used to the shifters integrated into the brake levers. All in all a good frame and component group for the money.Their sizing chart is very good to determine your frame size.

Now that I have owned and ridden this bike for over 150 miles (logged on my Strava app), I can say that this bike is a good value for the price - sure there are a couple of small manufacturing issues, or low quality components, but you won't find more bang for your buck anywhere elseThe photo is of the seat, underneath there is a plastic part, and somehow one of the corners got bent out. I noticed 10miles into my ride; I felt something pocking me on the inside of my leg. I stopped and noticed a rip on my chamois shorts. how does something like this happen...?

This bike is a great combination of road bike and mountain bike. It rides similar to a road bike and has the larger gears for those long cross-country rides. Yet, when you hit a hill it has good climber gears and no worry disc brakes (especially in the rain and mud!). It rides well on gravel and dirt as well as paved surfaces. Had a small issue when I got the bike. Called them and they were both friendly and helpful and had the issue handled within a day. It's refreshing to see such a good product backed by such good customer service. Thanks Tommaso!

Where to start....The jar of extra paint wasn’t sealed and spilled all over the small parts box. Enormous mess and now have to buy more separately.Additionally there are small areas of the bike where the paint is chipping, like on the spokes and on most of the fasteners.Would’ve been nice if they did include grease since it is still a hefty price tag.

I needed something to go between the stock seat and the padded riding shorts. With the shorts, it works very well. If it was a little thicker, I could ride without the shorts. Still, it is og good quality and works well for my road bike.
