Great Resistance, Easy Setup, and Lots of Variety
These resistance bands are excellent quality and offer great resistance for a wide range of workouts. The variety of bands makes it easy to adjust intensity depending on the exercise or fitness level. They’re very easy to set up and take down, which makes them convenient for home workouts or travel. Everything feels well made and durable, not flimsy. The band sizes are great and are easy to store. They are also very easy to use. Overall, a great set of resistance bands that’s versatile, effective, and well worth it for anyone looking to add strength training to their routine.

Handy for at home light resistance training/mobility exercises without going to the gym
I bought these to use with mobility/rehab/proprioception exercises for my elderly and pain clients - often they don't need a lot of weight (the goal isn't to build muscle but activate the body's sense of muscular coordination). Easy to use and encourage a good range of motion, it's easy to practice movements "outside of the box." Product seems good quality, will last much longer than typically resistance bands. It's helpful to have them at home vs having to go to the gym, I also use them myself at home for that reason. It would be nice to have another ankle band as you have to keep switching it. If you use these daily I would recommend screwing sturdy eye screws into a stud so you can anchor directly to the wall (not the door). You can use with the door but it's not as convenient.

Versatile, durable, and great quality
I bought the WHATAFIT resistance bands to enhance my home workouts, and after several weeks of use, I can say they exceeded my expectations. These bands are practical, strong, and perfect for both beginners and experienced athletes. Quality & Materials: Made from high-quality natural latex, the bands feel elastic yet sturdy. After multiple intense sessions, they show no signs of wear, stretching, or cracking. The handles are comfortable and non-slip, and the metal clips feel solid and secure. Resistance Levels: The set includes bands from 10 to 50 lbs, and they can be stacked up to over 150 lbs for added resistance. This makes it easy to adjust the intensity and target all major muscle groups — arms, chest, legs, and back — without needing weights. Ease of Use: The carabiner system allows quick changes between bands, keeping workouts smooth. The set comes with handles, ankle straps, and a door anchor, making it extremely versatile for a wide range of exercises and fitness goals. Portability: It comes with a compact carrying bag, which makes it easy to store or take anywhere — perfect for home, gym, or travel workouts. Real Experience: I’ve done full-body strength routines, stretches, and even rehab exercises, and the bands remain firm and reliable. They don’t slip or tangle easily, and the grips stay comfortable throughout use. Conclusion: The WHATAFIT resistance bands are a fantastic, affordable alternative to a full gym setup. Strong, safe, and easy to use, they’re suitable for men and women at any fitness level. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to train effectively from home.

Great Quality Bands—Perfect for Home Workouts!
These WHATAFIT resistance bands have been an awesome addition to my home gym setup! The variety of resistance levels makes them great for everything from light stretching to strength training. I love that they come with handles, ankle straps, and a door anchor—super versatile for full-body workouts. The materials feel high-quality and durable, and the bands have held up really well so far. I’ve used them for upper body, lower body, and core training without any issues. Plus, the whole set is compact and easy to store or travel with. The only small downside for me is that I’m 5 feet tall, so the bands are just a bit long for certain exercises—but I’ve been able to work around it by adjusting my stance or doubling the band. Still 100% worth it! Highly recommend if you’re looking for an affordable, effective workout option at home!

I'm 55, I've NEVER enjoyed exercising... and I am loving these!
I have avoided committing to any sort of exercise routine my entire life. I'm not bragging about that... I have just never been one who enjoys it. Oh, I've tried. In response to turning 30, I spent hundreds on gym memberships (I can literally count how many times I used them on my fingers) and hundreds more on stationary bikes, treadmills, and an elliptical thingy (they made adequate clothes hangers). But I turn 55 next month, and to my horror, I now have skinny, flabby grandma arms (I don't have children, so it's especially painful). I decided to try these, and much to my surprise, I'm really having fun with them. As a total newbie, I love that I can start with baby steps and really grow with these. I've found a ton of YouTube video workouts that are for total beginners, and I like that I can totally customize my workout for my comfort level and the areas that most concern me. I was concerned I wouldn't trust using them with my bedroom door, but these feel really sturdy to me. The clips on the handles (which are great, because I have my fair share of arthritis) are heavy duty, as is the door strap. I'm impressed with the quality. And it's awesome that I can store what amounts to an entire gym in a little bag, under my bathroom sink. This is something I can stick with. I can spend 20 minutes and feel like I've done something really good for myself. And I won't get bored with these, because it looks like there are so many different things you can do with them. All in all, it's a great investment in my ever-aging body! Glad I got them!

Great, Great Resistance bands. I love them!
Resistance Tubes or Resistance Bands. First, a little refresher, this product is a resistance "tube". Many people, (myself included) have often used the term interchangeably to refer to two completely different types of equipment for exercise. A tube is the product I am writing the review for and will refer to them as such throughout the duration of my experience. History with Weight Lifting I started out with body weight exercises in my room from a navy seals manual. After enough diet and body weight exercise, I gained 30lbs. I switched exclusively to weight training for overall strength and built a routine I followed for the next 7 years. Unfortunately, the pandemic happened -- then -- the gym and weights became extremely scarce. Our living situation forced me to downsize the options I could pursue gym wise from a bench, plates and a variety of bars/dumbbells to a minimalist approach to building strength, muscle and endurance. Bands/Tubes and Building the big 3 I mentioned routines that many would be familiar with in building the "Big 3" found in using "weights" or "free weights". Yes, you can build muscle with weight training, I myself, frowned upon the use of tubes as a silly way of building any kind of strength, muscle and endurance. I focused primarily on the bench and machines for movements I perform now using these resistance tubes exclusively to build the big 3. After getting rid of the free weights that took up precious space around the house, I strived for a new approach to my routine. These tubes, take up so little space, I went from using the bag to a clear plastic case that sits in my closet. I've tailored my routine around 3-4 days of active work-outs, breaking down my muscle groups into each day. For me and my routine, I perform 4 to 5 exercises per muscle on those days. These are not isolated to using the resistance tubes, but a combination of bodyweight exercises. In about 1 year of use, I am growing towards a 'leaner' but 'strong' build than I did with dumbbells, bars and machines. A little more detail below. How Do I Build Muscle/Strength/Endurance with $30 tubes? Weights, Machines, Bars, etc all do basically the same thing. They add "resistance" to your movements while your muscles respond to that resistance by growing after repetitive sets with time. Can you accomplish this with a set of $30 tubes and body weight exercises? Yes. How? YouTube & Google, Trial and Error. Of course no one wants to hear how they have to 'test out what works for their body' but if you are looking for a quick fix to your problems -- then tubes are not for you. If you want to build muscle, strength and endurance -- understand you have to be patient, take your time and adjust the routine around what you body is telling you. I have personally changed my routine through the months to eventually find 'sweet spots' to promote the physique that I am after. Final thoughts Extremely durable, you can add more tubes to increase the overall resistance by purchasing an additional set. Combining two sets of tubes will give you 300lbs of total resistance. I'd recommend these as an all in one exercise companion for us on a budget. Keep in mind, diet and nutrition go a long way to promote muscle growth and will help by staying disciplined and planning out for a long haul. Increase resistance slowly, give your body time to recover and you will see gains and improvement with these tubes.

OKAY +/-
I use exercise cords (bands) at home all the time for general body/maintenance work. Really good for ligament, etc, strengthening. I also tore a tendon in my elbow a few years ago and working out with dumbbells can be too painful at times - enter the workout bands. I installed some brackets on my garage wall and resistance cords/bands the GREAT to incorporate into a workout routine. Pros of this specific brand: 40-80 “lb” tension. The nylon loops are thick and feel solid. The cords feel solid. No defects/marks anywhere. Cons of this specific brand: The carabiners (end attachments) that attach to the nylon loops are very small and practically unusable. The nylon loops will soon become compromised because the carabiners are far too small thus the nylon is scrunched up to fit the clips. When we view the advertised picture of the item, the ends of the cord look nice and pretty, but it’s not the case at all. I had to spend another $15 on carabiners to fit the nylon ends. Ridiculous. I consider myself an expert in this area of fitness. Athletics/sports have been a huge part of my life and so working out has been a huge part of my life as well.
