I've been looking for bamboo tongs for ages. These are great. For the price you get so many sets. These tongs are perfect for getting your toast/bagel/bun/teacake out of your toaster, without fear of electrocution. The tongs are just the right size to fit in the slimmest of toasters. They have a good looking wooden appearance and are pretty sturdy although over time the do tend to dry out and become brittle and break. But with this set the longevity isn't an issue as you have another 7 sets to use.

Easy to use and value for money. I use them for turning meat etc on hot stone and they work well.

They are nicely made and I’ve got lots of spares when one by one they go missing. Good for lifting scorching hot toast from the toaster.

Grooved, grippy ends. Great value for money, would buy again. They don’t open as wide as previous pairs of toast tongs I have had; they open about 2cm, certainly good enough for toast. Because they are wooden, I wouldn’t force them open as they would probably split. Enough pairs in the pack that they can be used at a hot/cold buffet for picking up small items rather than using fingers. Easy to clean. My 3 year old nieces love using them like chopsticks to pick up food.
