This circular PEI (Polyetherimide) sheet is sized for the Monoprice MP Mini Delta 3D Printer. PEI provides a 3D printing build surface that requires no tape, slurry, or adhesive. ABS and PLA both stick extremely well to the surface, which eliminates the need for support rafts used for better adhesion. How to Use: Cut the PEI sheet to size by scoring with a hobby knife. There are two methods to attaching the PEI to your print bed. The first method is to just clamp the sheet to the print bed using binder clips. We find that 2 on each side works great. The second method and preferred method is to get 3M 468MP Transfer Tape and use it to stick the PEI to the print bed. Once the PEI sheet is attached, re-level your print bed and you are ready to go! It helps to wipe the surface down with isopropyl alcohol, methyl alcohol, or soap in between prints. This will ensure the PEI is clean, and help adhesion. Light sanding with 2000 grit paper will also give the PEI sheet

Avoid THIS SKU. Adhesive disks are worthless and are almost impossible to apply.
Can't review. The IDIOTS shipped the PEI disk without the transfer tape adhesive on it and this is an ***EPIC*** fail on their part. There is LITERALLY no way to install this without a screw up on the adhesive part because the adhesive layer LIFTS UP AND RUMPLES UP as you peel one of the backing parts. I've two PEI disks that're the proper size of the stock sticker and NO WAY TO USE THE SOBs.[UPDATE]Well, as you might've gathered, I was more than a bit hot under the collar over their product. For good reason. The above still applies. For the adhesive disc that they package with the PEI print surface disc. Skip this SKU. It will cause you no end to grief trying to get it down because the transfer tape rumples up on you because of uneven surface cuts on the backing paper, which then triggers an ugly cascade effect, preventing it's use. Just buy the disc by itself. Once you have an adhesive sheet that can be properly applied (Sold as a 5-pack by this same vendor and INFINITELY easier to work with even if you're "wasting" a bit of adhesive tape working with a square or a strip from one of the sheets...) and properly install the disc...it rocks. If it'd not been for the mishap I had that generated the above rant, this'd been a 5 star rating and quite a bit different. The disc with the right resources is a rather nice mod to the printer that moves it from a toy with pro features to a real workhorse.

Works great!
Wow, this stuff is great. No additional build plate adhesion required. I've been printing straight to the plate with zero issues and no additional glue or painters tape. There were chips on one side of the edges but there was a side that was perfect so it didn't matter. Just the right size for my mini Delta too.Prints pop right off with little to no effort.Only issue was the adhesive pad provided was difficult to work with - it peeled from one side mostly but in one section stuck to the other causing it to bunched up. I trimmed that section with an exacto knife and that fixed any potential leveling issues.

Excellent addition to 3D printer
Adding a borosilicate plate will add good functionality to your printer. If you have a plastic print plate, a boro plate will be a breath of fresh air and results in builds that pop off with almost no effort (yet they hold well during the build). This plate is cut to the size and shape for a MP Mini Delta and fits well. Just the added value needed.

Works a treat
Wow great "mod" for the monoprice mini Delta. Fits perfectly. Beautiful prints, great adhesion.

It is what it's described to be.
I used it for my MP Delta but I never got my print's to stick. I believe my bed heater is weak though so I plan to order and replace the heater and the bed first.

Do not waste your money
When applying to the build plate it stretched and clumped so badly I had to toss it into the trash. Total waste of money.I sent a message to seller and the never replied.

Great service and fast shipping but not quite a liner
Product arrived in good condition and functioned properly as a bed liner. The photo was inaccurate in that it was a pad of the material similar in thickness to a glass plate.

110mm is too small a diameter for this printer bed.
I have cut my own diameters from square PEI sheets for this printer. My first one was 112mm diameter. It was too small for several reasons. The printer can print a 110mm diameter at the minimum, but the bed and head center alignments are not precise, so it is impossible to get this sticker placed on the bed in the exact position to cover the whole print area. Also, one of the bed alignment patterns (G29 P5) goes slightly outside 110mm. If the printer is not perfectly aligned, it can also print big by a couple of mm. The product would need to be at least 115mm diameter and 120mm diameter would be better, since it could be applied to a 120mm borosilicate glass topper of desired (I applied PEI sheets both direct to bed and direct to glass on my own printer). My rating is just based on this one spec, not anything else. The adhesive does not have to be more than 110mm diameter, just the PEI circle. Also, they show a picture with this applied to the top of the existing factory bed sticker. That sticker and adhesive should be completely removed first before applying this product.
