I have been buying Serengeti Sunglasses for approx 40 years. So you can guess I like them.My most recent pair, also the most expensive, has made me aware of how bad their Customer Service is.I bought my last pair of Serengetis on May 29th. Therefore I am beyond the Amazon return window.On Aug 29 I contact the Serengeti/Bolle for help as the comfort cover on the arm of my sunglasses kept coming off until I lost it. They said via a non-reply email to be patient and they will get back as soon as possible. It is now 2 plus weeks and I have not even gotten a grunt. For the price of their current glasses they should be embarrassed. And can loss a good customer.

The lens is excellent, the mechanical construction is sturdy -- but the earpiece on the temple tip slid off and lost. Why couldn't it be attached properly?

Way too expensive. Delivery was late. The temple parts are not spring loaded

The glasses sent were not blue as per photo & as per Serengeti they also confirmed that they should be blue as per the image. Refund already received and eveyone was very helpful
