I love this bike. It has definitely been the best purchase I've made this year. I have had it a month now and waited until after a full battery charge before reviewing it.The delivery was meant to take several weeks but it took about 3days in the end which was a very pleasant surprise.It came partly assembled in very sturdy packaging and well protected as can be seen in the picture.My husband enjoyed assembling it, it took him a couple of hours using the booklet that came with it (probably would have been quicker if he used the video on YouTube). It came with a multitool which would have done the job but my husband used some of his own tools from his man cave.The bike came fully charged so I didn't need to charge it before initial use, which was nice.I changed the seat to my own more comfortable bike seat.The bike comes with front and rear lights which is handy, though the power has to be on to use the front light.I love that the rack came included, I was able to attach my own panniers with minimal effort.I am new to electric bikes and this bike has been a dream. I've tried to go cycling most days just because I enjoy it. When used without power, the gears are super responsive and the bike doesn't feel as heavy as it is.Now on to the power; it has good torque to get you moving. I have used it when trying to manoeuvre up some inclines and it has been a great help. It does require a good bit of pedaling to get the most of the power but once you get going, you really feel it. I have tried the throttle too for full electric power assistance on inclines and on level roads when I get tired and it is awesome. When using the throttle, I don't need to pedal but you do need to keep the throttle depressed to keep moving otherwise once you let go, you slow down.My pedal did start to make a clunking sound after a few weeks of use. My husband said he didn't like the pedal when fitting it and when I mentioned the clunking, he reckons it's just not the best quality but pedals are easily replaced.I got about 43km of varying levels of power assist before the battery died and needed a charge. This was after a month of use. I am very pleased with that. However, the only thing I didn't like was that it went from 2 bars to dead with no warning or low battery sign on the LCD screen. So I'd say if you get down to two bars, charge it or check the battery as there is a button you press and the indicator light comes up blue for high, green for medium and red for low. I found that button just when I went to charge it.Overall, I am so pleased with this bike and my husband and dad are considering getting the male version of the bike.

Really pleased with my new bike. To be honest I was concerned with making an expensive purchase from a supplier in a country on the other side of the world. So buying via amazon eased some of that worry.It arrived 7 days after ordering it. I was really worried about assembling it myself. But I managed it. I then took it to Halfords and they did a safety check and final adjustments on the gears and brakes.The bike itself is well made, very sturdy and goes like the clappers. I like you can adjust the level of power assist, so on the flat you can reduce it and on the hills you can increase it. I honestly think I could ride this bike up hill and down dale without any issue. I no longer have to think about my route based on whether there are hills I'm not going to be able to ride up.The customer support has also been really good. They answer your questions quickly, and there are no language or translation issues.

I bought this bike to my husband and he love it I highly recommend very easy to build and use I received all the instructions from the seller.I gave a 5 stars because the product is very good.

Having previously bought the Men's version of this bike two years ago & getting excellent support from Hyuhome when my wife asked me for an ebike this was a no-brainer. The bike arrived within five days and was very well packaged. It took me just over 30 minutes to assemble the bike & my wife loves it. If I could give ten stars for it I would. The perfect bike.

Really pleased with this bike, the power is great and battery lasts a long time, did 28 miles in one day and still plenty of battery.

So after less than 2yrs both batteries have now failed. The batteries on both bikes had previously been left with 4 bars displayed on the bike charge display (6 being full charge) and there were also lights showing on the batteries themselves showing still over half full. The bikes are kept inside and at normal battery working parameter temperatures and had been working exactly as they should previously. After approx. 2 weeks not using the bikes due to bad weather outside, I returned to find no power at all on the bike's display and no lights on the battery display. This happened first on the one bike and a few weeks later on the other. I had researched battery care when I first had the bikes and adhered to all the advice given on care.I contacted the Bike supplier when the first battery went and the only thing they offered was a very small £20 discount on me purchasing another battery. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING after an initially good service. The batteries cost just under £300 including delivery from AMAZON. I initially thought, when the first battery failed, that it may just have been a faulty one but as both batteries have failed it appears there must be a design fault on the internal cells that power the battery management system. I have managed to source 2 new batteries directly from the manufacturer using the ALIBABA site for £350 including shipping to UK. Sadly though, this cost after 22 months is not what I expected and if I had known this before I purchased the Bikes I would NOT have bought them.

Had to return bike because of fault with thumb throttle, everything else on bike was good and customer service was great.
