I ordered two creates for long-term wine storage and aging and asked about the inserts prior to ordering. I was assured they would be included if I contacted the reseller with my order number and indicated I wanted the inserts and tops. You can check the question section so see the messages.I did just that but none arrived. I asked again about the inserts and was told to contact them again with my order number. One mismatched set of six finally arrived. I would need eight inserts for the two crates I ordered and of the ones that I received, only three fit one of the crates. No tops were shipped as indicated in the messages as being available upon request.If you are looking for wine crate for decoration and general item storage, these are nice. If you want them for storage and aging like I do, pass for a more economical cost for a simple wooden box.

Nicely built but just too tiny to maximize its full potential.
