Product came in a resealable plastic bag without instructions, but it worked like a charm! I have almost no space behind one of my toilets and it saved me a lot of grief and aggravation.

Installed these because I have some wiggly grandkids on the toilets and the traditional fasteners would get loose after one weekend and these have been on for months with no issues.

My kids always break the plastic fasteners. I've used metal bolts in the past but they don't seem much better as they rust and eventually wiggle loose losing the nut. I've had these installed for a few months now and my seat is still sturdy and wiggle free.

I used on two different toilets. Held the seat fairly well in place but it still moved around. I was disappointed.

I didn't measure before ordering. American Standard toilet which has 13mm holes. I wasn't ready to accept that 1mm made that much difference, so I forced the rubber sleeves in by leaving the screws threaded on and the pushed through just fine. The seat isn't gong anywhere for a while, hopefully!!
