Despite some limitations, I love this thing
I have a new iMac M4 and the machine only has 4 USB C style Thunderbolt 4 ports. The issue is that I have a variety of devices that have USB A plugs so I needed some hub versatility.I like this hub because it fits securely under the base of the computer. It has an M.2 expansion slot for an SSD storage card. I filled that slot with a 4TB version for Time Machine backups. That is really neat since I don’t have the external drive sitting behind the computer anymore. Is this a “one and done” product keeping my desktop clean, as would be ideal? No. I am missing a CF card reader. Since I have to use get a separate card reader, the card reader slots on this hub are somewhat unnecessary. Not a big deal and probably an issue for very few buyers.I also wish that the rear had a USB C and USB A port or two. I know I’m asking a lot, but this hub uses up two USB C slots on the back of my computer and I have things I’d like to leave plugged in all the time. Things like that card reader I mentioned. Or an external HDD for storage of some files I want portable. Having wires come out of the sides of the hub get in the way and kills the clean look.TECHNICAL ISSUE: An issue I have is with the use of the 10 Gbps USB C port to sync my iPad. The iPad would continuously try to connect and disconnect without ever getting stable. The seller worked on this technical issue with me and was fantastic. Apparently there is an issue where the power to this port cannot support the direct connection of my 3rd Gen iPad Pro. For some reason, that port works for the iPad sync if connected through an intermediary hub first. It also worked fine plugged in directly to the slower USB C port on the opposite side of the base.Overall I’m happy with this and it has made some aspects of my setup much better but it still leaves me with some less than desirable solutions. Too bad there isn’t an “option your own hub” company out there, YET!

Looks great and works well
This hub designed specifically for the iMac 24" model. It fits perfectly on the bottom of the base and served as a multi-ports hub. There's no special driver needed. It is very easy to use and it's totally plug-n-play. It has an internal slot for NVME card to expand the iMac storage space. Using the high-speed thunderbolt ports (need 2), it supports 2.5Gb/s Ethernet, multiple USB 3.2 ports, 4K HDMI, SD/TF card reader, and even an audio port. This hub is a perfect companion for the iMa 24" model. It looks great and provided a much needed ports for the iMac. I like the design and I highly recommend this product.

Blends in, adds ports, card reader and ssd enclosure
The usb-c hub perfectly matches the color of my iMac and blends in perfectly. I appreciate having the additional ports, card reader and external ssd without having all of those things plugged into the back of my iMac. This hub lets you keep the clean, simple aesthetic. You can barely even notice that its there.

Finally everything’s not dangling off the side
If you use a Mac, you know the struggle. Anytime you plug in a hub or dongle, it’s either blocking your keyboard, sticking out awkwardly, or just cluttering your desk. This thing fixes all that. The placement is kind of genius—it mounts right under the iMac chin, so all your ports are easy to reach without being in the way. It feels like it should have been part of the iMac to begin with. No more reaching behind the screen or trying to hide a nest of cables. The port variety is nice. I recommend this if you want to keep your iMac setup looking sharp and actually functional, this hub is 100% worth it.

Good quality and works well
This is really great. A nice way to add extra storage to your iMac without having to pay the Apple tax. Very nice looking and very useful. Great functionality and build quality. So far I've not had any problems with this and everything seems to work as well as was described.

A Hidden Hub that is Useful
The first thing that caught my eye was the appealing green color, which almost matches my iMac. It is a hair-off from the Apple Green, but it is a good match. It fits securely beneath the computer’s base, keeping my desk tidy and hiding most of the hub. It features a unique dual Thunderbolt/USB plug that fits seamlessly into the back of my iMac. However, another reviewer pointed out that it can be a drawback for users of older entry-level iMacs, as it occupies both available ports without any Thunderbolt passthrough. My M4 iMac has four ports, so there’s no issue there. Adding two USB ports capable of 10Gbps is plenty fast for most casual USB users. The SD and microSD card slots both worked fine, but the lack of an eject mechanism for the microSD is simply inconvenient. My Steam Deck, Kindle, and Nintendo Switch all have spring-loaded Micro SD ports, which makes this one feel less than ideal. This makes the overall functionality difficult for users who frequently work with various types of memory cards, such as photographers or Raspberry Pi single-board computer fans. The hub does not provide the versatility I was looking for. Despite the drawbacks, the product does add useful ports to the iMac, making it a decent choice for basic connectivity needs. However, “power users” should consider their specific requirements before purchasing.Pros:- Attractive design that matches iMac aesthetics.- Provides extra ports for additional peripherals.- Secure fit under the iMac base, maintaining a clean look.Cons:- Cable occupies two Thunderbolt ports
