I had really bad jock itch for a couple months, so I finally decided to do something about it. I applied the cream after shower once a day for 3 days and it was almost completely unnoticeable. I continued to apply it every other day for another week and it was completely gone. It didn't take much either. I didn't even use half the jar and the itch and rash is completely gone.
