I replaced a reversable cast iron griddle plate. Everything stuck to the cast iron and I spent more time cleaning the griddle plate than I spent grilling. This griddle is a dream. It is truly non-stick and clean-up is a wipe with a paper towel. I could not be more pleased with this product.

The Arribueno Universal 23" x 16" Griddle fits my 3 burner Char-Broil gas grill almost perfectly. The burners produce an even heat across the grill surface after about 15 minutes of preheat at their lowest gas setting. My cooks so far have been at this setting. It is a fantastic grill with some minor annoyances.The surface is ceramic coated and mine came pre-seasoned since there was a thin layer of grease on the surface and a small puddle of grease in the drip tray. I washed this off during the preheat process and cleaned it thoroughly using a scraper and wet towels. After that, I spread some oil and did a butter test to see how it performed. The butter melted quickly and did not burn. I loaded the grill with pork chops, potato pancakes, crimini mushrooms, onions and raw tomatoes. The cook came out perfectly and the clean-up was awesome! None of the food stuck to the ceramic coating and it cleaned easily.The only issue I have is that there is no convenient way to clean the drip tray on this unit. I had to keep a pile of rags to mop up the grease in the trough and scrape it with a putty knife to get our shards of burnt food. I understand why it is this way as there is no provision in the gas grill to accept any drain. I question if there were only a way to add a removable, stainless steel trough pan liner which could be easily slid out and dumped. This may make the assembly a little more user friendly.It cooks great and I highly recommend this value addition to your gas grill.
