I always keep some of these in for when I travel or when I really need a boost. It works quicker and better than any other vitamin C. It's my go-to and has helped me recover from some serious illnesses.

Let me start with this. It's ALWAYS in my cupboard. It is darn expensive (feel free to exchange my words for more colourful language...) It's a weird gloop, it tastes rather odd but it's not too strong and you can neck it in a glass of water without really tasting it. Some people seem to think this is the nectar of life itself! Others that it's an over priced scam. Can make reading reviews for something this expensive somewhat challenging. I have no absolute proof it works. I've tried to find definitive answers and haven't managed to. But, I still buy it. I still tell people I know about it. And it will remain a stalwart of my vitamin back ups. It seems significantly gentler on the stomach than others I've tried as well. Research vitamins you take, and counter research, try not to believe the first health blog you read telling you about the next big thing! Check for Contra-indications. Read some research. Get differing views and make more informed choices. And you're here, you're likely interested in things such as vitamin D (research the importance of having K with it!), or magnesium possibly: research the different forms that come in supplements and choose the best one, look into the forms such as magnesium bigylcinate - they're not all the same quality. Hope this proves of help to someone who might be finding all this self care lark a bit tiresome and confusing (It can be! But it makes more sense over time, as with most learning ventures!)

I am impressed. Who doesn't know this brand, must learn about it. Not only this, it is good to learn about Liposomal Vitamin C. I didn't though I would fee much difference but I have. This type of Vitamin C is better absorbed and less aggressive to you tummy. I learned about it wile reading a magazine called: " What Doctors Don't Tell You Magazine -April 2018 issue " It is a great magazine and will give you some confidence to try some supplements. This one helped me end a flu cicle before it started and I felt much more energised. I agree it isn't the cheapest but is definably the best and one I can rely on. Personal Opinion: When the subject is health , don't play with what you don't know. I Always look for a known brand in this cases. * I am not a health professional, this is my opinion on my own using.

This is a quite remarkable product. I have ME/CFS for 11 years, but prior to that, for many many years, I have had painful post herpatic neuralgia down my left side. I believe this is due to a nasty shingles infection as a kid from which I never really recovered from. Anyhow, I am now on my second box of this supp. The post herpatic pain was really flaring up before starting this roduct as it is prone to do during the winter time due to the constant immune challenges of cough, cold and flus. I am delighted to report that this product has reduced my pain by about 90-95%. Sometimes the pain is unnoticeable which is a breakthrough for me. Also I must mention that the rest of the household are sick with flu at the moment and I seem completely impervious to it. That is quite unexpected. This is expensive stuff, and the gel is like imbibing some sort of weird orange phlegm but the fact that this frees me from pain makes it totally worth it. Hopefully in the summer I will be able to back off to a cheaper sup such as EsterC and keep this in for emergencies.

I've been taking Vitamin C for years as I have a rubbish immune system and it makes a huge difference. When I get a cold I take 10,000mg a day and within 48hrs I feel noticeably better so I react well to large doses. This was recommend and I had high hopes but I didn't notice any difference even when taking the exact same quantity a day. I went back to my new favourite which is 365x 1000mg timed release from The Vitamin which used to be available on Amazon and from a value point of view is significantly better. As per usual with supplements it's worth trying something as it may work well for you but this has been my experience. FYI - Pure ascorbic acid powder mixed in with Orange juice is the THE most effective vitamin C but it can be hard on the stomach and throat hence me taking slow released tablets.

This product is absolutely brilliant. I have been using Altrient C for about a year now and since using it I haven't had any cold or flu. It is such a great immune booster. I feel also more resilient against my seasonal allergies too. It was an unexpected side effect but it also helped me tremendously with my sports recovery where my muscles would feel better a lot sooner and also skin feels more radiant when I use it. I think it is a great alternative to topical Vitamin C serums and much cheaper than my SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic vitamin c serum.

Exzellentes Produkt, super wirksam - für mich das beste Produkt auf dem Markt.

I do not like capsules so the idea of vitamin C in a liquid form is great for me .. just open the packet and squeeze . The taste of the product is its downfall although I’ll keep using it because it’s much more affordable than the more well known brand which tastes like an orange cream but for nearly half the price I’ll stay with these

C’est l’une des meilleures vitamines C que j’ai essayé en sachet de 1gr Elle est sous forme de gel à mélanger avec un peu d’eau et bien fouetter avec un petit fouet. Par contre, elle est chère, comparée à d’autres !
