Very snug. Temp rating is very optimistic.
Closes up tight, a little too tight for me. I sleep with a pillow and it doesn’t fit with me. I still had cold spots as well even with my 20 degree bag inside my hammock with me on a 30 degree night. Realistically this is probably more like a 45+ degree underquilt/bag. I hope my much smaller son has better luck with it. We are hiking a good portion of the AT in April.

Too short but good otherwise
It's ok but it should be longer. I'm only 5'8" and it isn't long enough when used as a hammock sleeping bag to simultaneously cover my feet as well as my shoulders.I was happy enough because I used it alongside a normal sleeping bag. So my feet were only covered by the other bag. The pictures give the impression of this bag being longer than it is.I'm sure it's fine as a normal sleeping bag. But when it's used with a hammock the top (the mummy head part) is underneath the hammock and the result of that the total above the hammock part is a bit too short.I imagine I'd be very happy with the longer version.

Immediately satisfied with MummyPod
I am so happy with this purchase. it's a comfy, small, warm bag, and the box end that let's it be used with the hammock is awesome. I have never been as initially satisfied with a purchase as i have been with this. i got the 6'5 and under bag and it is plenty long enough, but being 6'1 myself the larger size was definitely needed. it zips up and down smooth as advertised, and in general not having to carry around both an underquilt and an overquilt has been very nice. Outdoor Vitals is doing some really great things.

Great bag - Not 30 degrees though
Feels very good, wraps around my hammock so nice. I'm 6 feet tall and I'd like to get the one rated at 6'4" since it's a little tight, especially around the footbox. I'm excited to use it as a mummy bag inside of tent too. I would probably rate this bag at 40-45 degrees. About froze to death in 35 degree weather.

... stockier guy and this bag is going to be great for both Hammock and Tent backpacking
I am a stockier guy and this bag is going to be great for both Hammock and Tent backpacking. It will get the full test in the next couple weeks. But the quality looks great and it will no doubt keep me warm to thirty.

good job OV
i literally sleep in a mummy bag anytime i'm not in a hotel. that being said i can really appreciate the quality of this bag. also when i camp im a single strait lay hammock person. this bag rocks for doubling as an under quilt. good job OV!

This hammock sleeping bag is well worth it!
This hammock sleeping bag is very well designed and really good quality. Most hammock winter gear ranges from $200 to $400 and this only $99, well worth it! I’m very pleased.
