Clinch Pick

Bought this two years ago and it stood the test of time and i loved it. I have to buy another one because after 2 years and all my travelling i FINALLY lost it NEAR my home at the gym i go to...i can't believe it...its unbelievable but i highly recommend this knife and if you can find the keepers concealment kydex belt clip then you have a nice concealed protection device that can even be clipped on basketball shorts and will be secure and stay on your person even while running or working out! definitely a good knife to have for safety and for pocket knife things that you might need like opening mail and such

Very poor execution of a great design. It came covered in black stuff and the sheath leaves black marks on the blade every time you take it out or put it in. It looks as if a 5 year old put the edge on with a handheld angle grinder (extremely asymmetrical and dull). It won’t cut printer paper. If you do choose to buy it, confirm that the screw is tight on the crappy sheath’s soft loop because mine was loose and almost fell off. Definitely not worth $90. This is maybe a step above gas station knife quality.

I think this is a great EDC knife. It could be a 5 star product but the knife isn't very sharp when it arrives and the kydex sheath needs some work. The sheath leaves black marks on the blade and fits loosely. I replaced it with a clipper sheath from keepers concealment.

I really wanted to like this knife, but it showed up with a dull blade! When I buy a new knife, I expect it it be sharp! Especially when it's almost $100! The sheath isn't too bad, but it does run off and mark the knife blade. I think I'll feel better about carrying this once I sharpen it, but right now it's pretty much just a paper weight out of the box

It is okay. I think the knife is over-priced. The knife is pretty well finished. It was much smaller than I imagined. I have small hands and the handle feels a little lost in my hand although the small handle is part of the design to minimize the footprint. Knife blade gets covered with kydex from the sheath which is pretty unacceptable to me. Knife rattles in the sheath. I am not a fan of bead blasted blades. I would rather have seen a stone wash or even a satin finish instead. I think the Spyderco Reverse, co-designed by Craig Douglas from Shivworks, is a superior knife for the money. Better sheath, better handle, better overall functionality.

As far as I could tell the Clinch Pick was only for sale at three other places and sold out most of the time. I pounced when hearing that Amazon started offering it at a better price with free shipping. I'm no knife expert by any means, but I can tell this is a nice blade with quality steel and full tang. The thing to watch out for is that the sharpened edge faces up so that you can not rest your thumb on the spine if that's what you're used to doing. I immediately replaced the sheath with a more stable and adjustable cant one from Keepers Concealment (they offer great AIWB holsters, too).

If you’ve never held this knife before it will seem odd at first, but give it a few days. Perfectly designed for its intended applications. The belt loop is fine, but you can add leather ones for $20 from 3d party vendors. Pretty much ambidextrous regardless of which side you wear it. Careful when you resheath the knife - push it into the groove cut for the back of the blade so you’re not pushing the sharp edge into the sheath every time you resheath.

This blade is sharpened on the back - as in the place you'd unthinking put your thumb. I'm sure a super Ninja would have no issue with this, but really?
