Perfect for Short Trips
I use this scooter for short daily trips, and it's been reliable. The 500W motor hits 19 mph smoothly, and the back wheel drive keeps me steady on wet pavement. Folding it up is easy, I stash it under my desk or in my car trunk. It's light enough to carry upstairs. The smart features are basic but helpful. The app lets me check battery life and use cruise control for long stretches. The automatic headlights turn on instantly in tunnels, and the EABS + disc brakes stop me quickly. The front hook holds my small backpack, but I wouldn't trust it with heavy stuff. In real life, the 5.2Ah battery lasts about 12 miles on flat roads. Steep hills make the motor work harder, so I sometimes push. The 8.5-inch tires handle bumps okay, though bigger ones would be nicer. It's quiet and IPX5-rated, so light rain won't stop me. Safety-wise, the UL2272 certification and 180-day warranty give me peace of mind. Customer service responds fast if I have issues. For the price, it's a great entry-level scooter for short trips, but if you need more range or off-road ability, look elsewhere. Overall, it's a solid choice for city commuters.

Great scooter for adults, rides easy, lots of fun.
Very happy with this scooter. Like others I feel this is more of a 5 mile or so kind of scooter, although you could certainly go further if the terrain were more level. I live where there are hills, and if I go around the block (which is 1 mile) 3 times, the battery pretty much shows half the charge left. By then the scooter is starting to have slight issues climbing hills as well. This seems consistent to me for a scooter that has a 36V, 5.2 AH charge. If you wanted to go more than 5 assured miles, would suggest you get something more than 5.2 AH. What do I like: I like the wider handlebars, the rear wheel drive handles corners well, the front air tire handles bumps better (although you can feel them in the back tire which is solid). The front tire is only for steering, the disc brake only impacts the rear tire. I like the display that shows you the mileage, as well as the power used by the motor in real time. The stand on base is slightly wider than others I have seen, and the scooter is reasonably substantial, meaning it is not just for kids. I do not use any phone app, and use the scooter strictly though the power on button, which does allow you to change speeds, although I keep mine at the default M, which is about 10 MPH. Very happy with this scooter and feel comfortable riding it.

This scooter has a long range, go fast
I bought this scooter for short trips, and it's much better than I hoped. The 15 miles range is perfect for my daily needs, no need to charge it every day. The 500W motor handles hills easily, and the solid tires mean no more flat tires or shaky rides. Folding it up is simple, and it fits neatly in my car trunk. The dual brakes work smoothly, which is a big plus for safety. My kid loves riding it too, he thinks it's cool and feels secure on it. The digital display is clear and easy to use, and the cruise control is a nice feature for longer rides. It's well-built, looks good, and offers great value for the price. If you're looking for a reliable scooter, this one is worth considering.

Hoping we have better luck with this 2nd one! ***Newest Update: problems yet again***
***RECENT UPDATE*** I changed my rating from 5 stars to 1. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. Our first scooter wasn't properly assembled, and we finally got a replacement from TST. 2nd scooter at the very end of Oct, and a few weeks ago we started having problems with this one. The main problems are that it won't turn off using the power button anymore (we have to plug in the charger to get it to turn off which is a huge problem because my daughter can't turn it off at school, so it dies), we struggle getting it to turn on, and once it is on, we can't get it to change speed settings. We have been in contact with TST customer service through Amazon messaging, and they have advised a few things for us to try. However, I am pretty sure their customer service headquarters are somewhere in China because they only ever respond in the middle of the night. But, I haven't heard back from them since Jan 9th. I even emailed their customer service but have not received a single reply from them via email. So, dealing with customer service is very frustrating and slow since they only respond in the middle of the night, I have to usually wait a whole day before hearing back from them. Hopefully 2nd time is a charm! The first scooter we bought didn't come properly assembled, but we didn't realize that till almost 2 weeks after it had arrived. The metal pieces (under the back fender) were not screwed on completely and were missing some screws. Because of this, the back fender ended up breaking off and the pieces rubbed on the back wheel. I don't really like the design of the back fender. Anyways, after lots of back and forth with customer service, we returned the broken scooter and purchased a new one. We had a bit of a problem with customer service at first, but they apologized for our experience with them. We are supposed to be refunded for the scooter we returned. As long as the refund goes through and this new scooter works great, I will leave the 5 star rating. When the new scooter arrived, first thing I did was make sure all the screws were where they needed to be and made sure to tighten them as well.

This scooter has become my daily commute good tool, has a very long battery life. The lightweight design folds in seconds, easily transitioning from sidewalk to office. The reinforced frame provides stable, comfortable rides even at top speed, making short trips efficient and enjoyable.

Brakes drifted but good scooter
This electric scooter is a good one but the only bad thing about it is the brakes. The brakes drift if you slam them. But it goes 22mph vary ease to use good battery life and only $160.

Really love this scooter.
This scooter is absolutely worth the price. As a parent, I recommend it enough for teens. I've tested it 30 times, including emergency braking at top speed, and the brakes performed 100% responsive and safe, only a little discomfort is felt, but it's completely acceptable. It's a well done scooter for my kid.
