Fits fine on my T440, and doesn't slide around. The lid/screen closes and opens fine with the cover on.I use a similar silicone cover like this on all my laptops and keyboards, and this is no harder or easier to clean than any other. Just rinse it in warm water and pat it dry with a towel before putting it back on.

Key depth not correct, so it just floats on top of the keyboard. If the edges are forced to the chassis with the non-provided double sided tape, it bows up over the keys because there's not enough room for them.

Fits well on my Thinkpad T440P.
