I bought this belt for my grandson, who has to wear a belt to school and has grown to hate it. He's not chubby, but he's not slim and those wide leather belts cut into his lower midriff. He takes his belt off as soon as he leaves school, and sometimes his belt gets left somewhere other than home. This belt is slim and has enough elasticity to move with him. So, it's not binding and cutting into his skin all day long. Plus, there are no belt holes! He can decide where to close the belt, wherever it's comfortable for him. So, it's a custom fit. Downside: the surplus belt left over may want to hang, but I showed him how to double thread it , or, to take it over and under, which is fine because he wears his shirt over his pants. Verdict: Super happy ten year old, waist 34.

About this belt for my 11-year-old son, He is about 95 pounds and this belt and perfectly. I like that it's good quality it's stretchy and can be used on differentized waste.

This is a wonderful belt. Both of my sons 8 & 9 years old love it. I wish I would have purchased two during the sale price. It is not a stiff belt and there are no holes made, you are able to fit it anywhere on the belt which is AWESOME!!!! It looks great with their school uniform or with jeans, in my opinion it can be dressy or casual! Both my boys wear a size 14 in pants and the large fit great with room to last a few years. Great find for little men :)

This belt is perfect for my son. He prefers this type so he can adjust the size without holes. It is a nice looking belt and good for the price.

My son needed a belt for his school in first grade. He is thin to average and I ordered the small. Fits great with not a lot of extra room which is fine. I'll probably get him a new belt next year so size up if you don't mind a little extra belt hanging off but you want it to last another year. I'm fine with it. I had to write a review because my son doesn't like dressing up, wearing jeans is dressing up for him:) He was homeschooled and in pretty much athletic clothes every day up until now. This belt has been SO easy. IT has no belt loops, so you just push the metal point anywhere and it goes right in. It has some elastic stretch to it so it doesn't feel restrictive or too tight. I normally don't take time to write reviews but this belt has been so great I figured it might be a help to someone who is in my same boat!

This one is narrower than the other stretch belts that I have. It does not seem as secure even when tight. After waring it 10 minutes I have to retighten it. Still it is better than some in this price range. Those I have to retighten 3 or 4 times. You get what you pay for.

Our son is a little hard to fit. Usually the waistbands are too big and the adjustable waistbands are worthless. They are still too big. So these are the perfect solution. They stretch and you can put the pin in anywhere. It is nice because he usually just pulls the pants up and down and doesn't have to undo the clasp. Holds in place and comfortable since they stretch. A mother's answer for sure. Usually, many colors and very durable.
