Healthy spin on a timeless classic
I was blown away by the original rice crispy, even more so with the reworked recipe and now you’ve done it again with the vanilla cream sandwiches. This one hold a special place in my heart because they have been a favorite of mine since childhood and your new spin on a timeless classic brought back fond memories of opening my lunch box in the cafeteria and seeing the surprise oatmeal cream sandwiches that my mom would slip in there for me. I found myself getting misty eyed at those memories and I cannot thank you enough for the trip down memory lane. Now on to the reviewRight out of the wrapper, it looks the part—two soft, golden-brown oatmeal cookies sandwiching a generous layer of creamy filling. The texture of the cookies is spot-on: chewy with just the right amount of crumble, and the oats give it that hearty, homemade feel. The flavor, a mild, molasses-like undertone from the cookies, The cream filling is smooth and rich, though it’s less sweet than the traditional version. Still, it balances the spiced oatmeal nicely, with hints of cinnamon and vanilla shining through. For a sugar-free treat, it’s surprisingly satisfying—especially if you’re watching your intake or just want a lighter indulgence. It’s another smashing success from the sinless sweets team.

No good
Not good ~ dry cookies and super gooey yucky filling that is more like icky caramel than crème.I’m a subscriber to Sinless marshmallow krisp every month and love them. This product doesn’t meet the Sinless standard.I tried to get a refund but it’s not available.

Meh
So I've been a big fan of this brand for a while, even when they had their old name and mostly sold brownies :) The Mallow Crisp Bars, and Italian Wedding Cookies, are both winners. These cream pies missed the mark for me unfortunately. The cookies themselves are soft, chewy, and have a great flavor...it's the "cream" inside that messes everything up. It's not a marshmallowy cream like you'd expect, but a thick, goopy, overly sweet filling that just isn't appetizing. I'm all for re-inventing old favorites into healthier options, and I feel like my expectations are pretty spot on (like, of course they won't taste exactly like the full sugar junk food, but they satisfy the craving). These are not it though. Buy any other product from this brand, just not this!

Little Debbie's market is safe
I had high hopes for these as I miss Little Debbie's Oatmeal Cream pies, but these aren't them. The filling is not a creamy filling (as suggested by the picture) but more of a gel-like substance and suffers from the same weird aftertaste which ruined their reformulation of their great original marshmallow krispy treats. The cookie portion is better but a bit dense. I suppose if you are really jonesing for that oatmeal cookie taste (and let's face it, there is no adequate low-carb substitution for oats) you might go for these -- the cookie contains a tiny amount of oats . . . but probably not enough to satisfy your craving. It has a decent oatmeal-cookie texture, but not that much oat flavor. You might be better off to skip some carbs elsewhere in your diet and just go for the original article occasionally. I probably won't be buying these again.

Absolutely delicious
Oatmeal cream pies have always been a childhood favorite of mine but aren’t the healthiest so I was skeptical that a healthy version could be made. As I took my first bite I was instantly brought back to my childhood. The cookie is soft, not at all dry and cream has just the perfect amount of sweetness but not overly sweet. I’m not sure what type of wizardly magic was done to make these, but healthy or not these oatmeal cream pies are absolutely delicious and did not disappoint. I will definitely be ordering more. If you are on the fence about trying them, definitely give them a shot, you will not be disappointed.

A low carb, old-fashioned treat
I really enjoy the taste and texture of the cookies. The only tweak I would suggest is to make the filling a bit less sweet (and I LOVE sweet things). A great old-fashioned treat that my husband and I can enjoy on our low-carb lifestyle.

Great, will buy again
I love the new vanilla dream oatmeal cream pies! They have a perfect sweet flavor and are moist and chewy, and they don't have any negative after taste. The filling is very dense compared to the real thing, if I could give any constructive criticism, maybe I wish it was a tad more "fluffy" in consistency instead of more syrup-y. But I do enjoy them and plan to order them again.

Not as advertised.
The cream inside is not vanilla. It's brown like peanut butter but didn't think they had that choice. It's a hard filling. I got 2 boxes, neither white filling, not comfortable eating them
