I use this in the a.m. in a 6-8 oz glass of water that I microwave for 30-45 seconds. Then stir in the gut renew and drink . It is best to use it first thing on an empty stomach.It soothes the stomach and seems to be healing.Vital has some great products for your digestion system.

I have used 2 jars of this now and i am actually seeing a difference. Has no taste. I put in my coffee in the morning. It took a few weeks to actually see a difference. But i will definitely order again

This has been one of the only things that helped me with my gut and digestion. It’s not perfect, but I found that it helps. I take it in the morning with warm water. The taste isn’t great, but I just drink it anyway.

I don't often review a product, but I saw such good results right away with using this product, I feel my intestinal health has improved since I started using it about a month ago. My second bottle is on the way!

Mixes easily, not horrible tasting

Did not work and made me feel icky as well.

I started taking this each morning with Luke warm water and a little sugar-free water flavoring (not a fan of the taste). After a day, I noticed my bloating was down and so kept using. I feel much more "comfortable" in my gut region. Sugar cravings are down as well. Not gone, but not consuming me!!I am now occasionally taking this at night before bed too, just to see how I feel in the AM. So far, so good. I only wonder how long I should keep taking this, or what happens if I stop?
