Classified Series #155, Darklon, Collectible 6 Inch Action Figure with 6 Accessories

Great looking figure with the right amount of detail. The calf grenade bandolier looks awesome. And he has a sculpted holster for his revolver in the back of his pants. Haven't seen that before. His holds his big grenade launcher really well, no issues posing. The extra head sculpt is cool, but unneeded. My only gripe is the muted colors. I really wish the Joe team would make the figures more vibrant so they pop on the shelf. All in all, top notch figure.

Sweet figure with great accessories. The second head makes him look wicked and more than a match for some joes.

The G.I. Joe Classified Darklon is an absolute standout. The sculpt is sharp, the paint apps are crisp, and the little details really gives him a menacing, commanding presence. The articulation is smooth, making him easy to pose for display or action shots. A must-have for any Iron Grenadiers fan—this version feels like the perfect mix of classic intimidation and modern design.

OK first up I have no idea who this character is. Apparently he is part of Destro's Iron Grenadiers. He radiates pure 90's "Awesome" ness. I'm not saying that as a good thing. The good. He looks kind of cool. In a purely 90's way. It's like three completely different figures, the Head, the Torso and Arms and the Legs were slapped together by Dr Frankenstein so disparate is their color pallet and design aesthetic. But he does have pouches, because 90's! (Note this is the GOOD) The Bad He has a horrible assortment of weapons. He has a revolver that will not go into his holster because of how deformed and poorly made the holster is. His main Bizzaro Steam Powered Gattling Gun or whatever it is is pretty much impossible to get into his hands. (Serriously Hasbro STOP DOING THIS). You will notice that not even in the product photos on the listing page is he actually holding the grip of his big gun. He has a gorgeous sword with a scabard that seems weirdly huge for the blade. The scabard does not like to stay pegged into his back. He has a big oversized dagger that fits into his boot alongside all of the pouches (90's!). He also has a completely garish and ugly silver painted second head. The head is a silver skull with its toungue sticking out. But its hard to tell as the silver overwelms any detail. It looks even worse than the default discount Darth Vader head so into a box it goes. he's a thing. GI Joe collectors will get him. He is another Iron Grenadiers character. He is a remarkable tribute to the absurd excesses of the 90's.

Arrived in great condition. Great figure.

G.I. Joe: Classified Series "Darklon" Collectible 6" Action Figure. This figure looks great in the window-box packaging and what I love most is that the paint scheme matches the original vintage figure down to the last-detail: the mask, shoulder pad, "Tiger Stripe" shirt and those odd little grenades on the leg. It even has the "gatling-gun" accessory that the original had (and has a handful of new accessories: a alternate head, a broad sword with sheath, a revolver and a dagger... all new to this version). This package will be sure to make any fan of the original scream with delight! I highly recommend it.

Great looking figure. Really helps to fill out the iron grenadiers of my collection. It's a perfect pickup for a classified series collector.
