Loads nicer to ingest than oil! Im not sure about the recommended10 mg, bit low for me. Previously ive been on 60mg full spectrum oil (entourage) for pain. Im taking 20mg at a time with these & i find cbd works best when i use consistently & get it in my system, it may be different for other people.. So far so good for stress & anxiety symptoms & waking up in a good mood. As for texture and flavour - its medicine! It dosent have to taste nice, but i like it and theres alot nastier tasting medicine out there!

They taste nice they are a bit on the sweet side. The texture is very strange but eatable. Eating One did not do anything for us so we had to eat at least 3 to have a good sleep every day. But overall, I don’t think it’s value for money and I don’t think it’s that strong enough. I don’t think I’ll purchase again especially for that price.

These taste great, but unfortunately did nothing to help alleviate my joint & muscular pain at all ! Probably this formula is too weak, to give any serious pain relief. Shame.

Was on Black Friday so thought I would give them a go to help with sleep and fibromyalgia. Firstly they taste amazing and have struggled to munch on them lol. I’ve been having about three throughout the day or two at night. Do they work, not sure but I have just had a fab nights sleep. I don’t think I would pay full price but definitely give them ago if on offer again. Will buy again when reduced next
