Lovely conditioning - less sure about neutralising orange.
I accidentally bought this thinking it was the shampoo (which I’ve used before). It’s lovely for conditioning but I’m not sure sure about it neutralising orange - my hair seemed the same colour wise, although very soft. The shampoo really stains hands etc so feels much stronger.

Love this product. Gets rid of any orange tones in my blonde. Only thing that actually works for me.

Product has changed
I’m positive the formula of this has changed, it used to be highly pigmented blue and now it isn’t, it also doesn’t lather like a shampoo anymore, it’s nowhere near as good as it used to be!

Great hair mask
Used by my hairdresser who recommended this hair mask to keep the blonde bright. Need to use a lot and it doesn’t go a long way but the results are worth it especially when it’s on offer
