Luba Mini 800H - super robot mower!
I purchased two Luba mini 800H robots and have been very happy with their performance. One for the front yard and one for the back yard. I previously owned a boundary wire robot from another manufacturer and laying the wire and setting it up took a lot of work plus the random path finish was ok, but never looked great. The Luba is a step above, it looks great, its very solid and durable, I love the 4 wheel drive and independent suspension which makes it easy to get around the yard. Set up is easy if you plan ahead and follow the instructions. I definitely recommend updating the RTK and the robot to the lastest software version before getting started. Its best to do this where you have a strong wifi signal. Eg inside the home in our case. The app is very user friendly, I love that cross-hatch patterns at various degrees can be programmed in. This leaves the lawn looking fantastic. Adding no-go areas is also fantastic and super easy. Finding a good location for the RTK is key for smooth operation, make sure it has a good clear view of the sky. I did have a couple of set up challenges but I contacted Mammotion customer support via email and they were very helpful and resolved my issues. Overall I'm very happy with our Luba Minis!

Life changing and amazing machine!
I originally got the Yuka mini and it want right for my lawn. I took a leap of faith and gave Mammotion one more try with the Luba mini AWD. It is PERFECT for my yard and I love it! The value for your money is worth it in the time you get back alone. This thing is a powerhouse, working tirelessly and keeps your lawn in perfect order. It was easy to set up out of the box and learns your yard with a press of a button. You can even set up no go zones. There is a RTK tower you have to setup, but even that won’t be the case for long as iNavi is coming soon and removes all need for it. That’s another plus…they are constantly upgrading the firmware and the software for the robot and the app. So many awesome improvements every time! Occasionally it gets stuck and you gotta go help it out, but it’s very rare. Well worth the countless hours of your life you get back in return. The battery life is good, but could be better. Ultimately it doesn’t affect me how many times it has to recharge, but I may still spring for a bigger battery down the road. Comes with a warranty and is well made, tough, and durable. And it’s AWD, so it navigates bumps and dips and small roots with ease. In short, I highly recommend this robot lawn mower!

No Wires, No Hassle: Why the LUBA Mini 800H Won My Yard
I have owned a few Husqvarna Automowers, and recently I just got tired of fixing the ground wire. Back when I bought mine, the market was basically just Automower, but now it’s full of options. I watched just about every robot lawn mower video I could find. I looked at every option out there that would fit my use case. For context, my yard is under .25 acres, and it’s a complex setup with lots of small areas that need to be mowed. Many of the review videos I watched had the Mammotion mower in them, but it was rarely ranked number one—usually number two or three. What I realized, though, was that many reviewers picked a mower that worked better for their yard, not necessarily the best all-around. Rightfully so—some mowers are designed to mow a lot more land, and for a small yard, that’s overkill. But on the flip side, a smaller mower in a big yard is a joke, and some reviews pointed this out. That’s just one example, but there are lots of little cases like that. So why did I decide to pick this mower? #1. Yard Size Fit Mammotion has bigger mowers, but this one fit my yard perfectly. #2. No Ground Wire (RTK + Vision) It uses RTK and vision instead of a buried wire, which was a big deal for me. Some reviews mentioned potential RTK issues, but my deployment was simple, and I’ve had no problems—even with the house and trees nearby. The key was planning: I made sure to mount the RTK high and not covered by any trees. #3. Control Features The mower lets me set mowing heights, zones, and scheduling exactly how I want. #4. Connectivity This mower has 4G, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. That’s awesome and gives me max flexibility. I don’t care that 4G is extra—it’s not expensive, and I get to choose if I want to pay for it. #5. Off-Road Capability My Automower used to get stuck all the time—it was always a thing. This mower is AWD, and that helps a ton. Whether it’s a hill or uneven terrain, it’s nice not having to go rescue my mower. #6. Price Reviews mentioned this, but the price was right for my yard size. Not the cheapest, but also not Automower pricing, which is really $1,500 more than most other mowers. So does this mower deliver? IT DOES. For my size yard and its complexity, it does everything I could want. Setup was easy—no wire to bury—and I can build tons of zones to mow exactly how I want. It navigates easily, no GPS or connection issues, and it actually mows in a pattern. Connectivity is great too; I can check on it anytime, anywhere. Now, as far as warranty goes—we’ll see. But as of right now, I would buy this mower again. It was a simple setup, and it meets or exceeds what I expected at a price that’s very fair.

exceeds expectations for a medium yard with complex boundaries
We received our Mammotion Luba Mini 1500 AWD H and it is a game changer. It has taken us a week to get relatively well set up, but it is now well configured and operates extremely well. Exceeds expectations. We have two lawn areas to mow: 2450 sf and 700 sf, separated by a bumpy garden path about 30 ft long, under trees. The smaller lawn is about 100-150 ft from the RTK station, through trees and shrubs. Starting one step at a time, we installed the RTK on a fence where it sees the sky, and mapped a rough perimeter for the larger lawn. That worked fine, so we then tested it on the smaller lawn by driving the mower manually on the garden path. It mowed well, but needed to be returned to the charging station manually. Gradually, we added a schedule, added a channel to connect the two lawns, and now the mower can operate pretty autonomously for both yards. There are little hiccups along the way, but overall, the system is outstanding and exceeds what i expected. The key for us was starting with the simplest tasks and adding new complexity one step at a time. Also, our yard it relatively level but bumpy with little knees from cypress trees, so the AWD performance is quite helpful. the mower manages the little bumps as well as the natural stone pavers on the connecting path with no problem. We ordered the larger of the two battery options, and I am glad we did. The larger yard is around 2450 sf but is irregular, and it takes almost a full battery to mow at one pass, including all the intricate turns on the edges.

Checks all the boxes, does everything well. Highly recommend.
This is the first robotic mower I've ever owned or tried personally, although I'm a tech enthusiast in general. I really love this model. It took me hours of research and watching review videos and comparing features before I came to the decision to buy the Luba Mini but I'm super happy with the decision. It has everything I wanted in a robotic mower. Some of the key things I wanted were: 1. High cut height for Florida grass types that thrive best in the 3.5 to 4" range. 2. Pleasing aesthetics - some mowers are just ugly, lacking in the visual appeal that I wanted 3. Easy maintenance - since I'm a busy guy, I really wanted a set it and forget it solution and this really does achieve this goal. Only minor periodic maintenance required. 4. High quality app with a good user experience - check 5. Enough battery to cut my whole back yard without needing to stop and recharge. Mostly a check, sometimes it needs a recharge but I have some ideas to fix that, as I think its caused by a steep grade in my yard. Changing the cut angle should solve that and alleviate the extra strain of that grade thus using less power. 6. Don't cut when its raining - check - this model has a rain sensor and won't cut during a scheduled time if its raining. 7. Big enough to cut efficiently and within a relatively short time, but not so big that it looks ugly or oversized for my relatively small yard. 8. AI vision - I wanted something that was using modern smart tech for obstacle avoidance and edge precision. The vision features of the mower help it mow more precisely and more accurately avoid obstacles. 9. Loudness - this thing is super quiet, you can barely hear it just a few feet away. Its totally silent if you're indoors, you'll only know your yard was mowed if you see the mower moving around, otherwise its just magic :) 10. Handle a grade - it needed to have enough power to handle a decently noticeable grade in the yard, while I'm not sure what rating of a grade my yard has, its pretty steep and this mower handles it just fine, no issues. 11. Minimize yard damage - the wheels on this model don't damage the yard, it won't dig in and tear up the grass when making turns if you enable the zero-turn option. Its highly maneuverable. 12. It needed to have space on the chassis to support the installation of googly eyes, to go along with the personality of the aesthetic design. This model has personality, and definitely has some good spots to install googly eyes. Highly recommend you do the same. Oh and give it a fun name. Mine is "M-O" taken from Wall-E based on one of the service bots from the Axiom. I can't say enough good things about this mower, it checked all my boxes, does everything I need it to do very well and as long as it keeps doing those things well - I'll be a happy customer. Well-done Mammotion!

Seriously, this is a robotic mower to consider
After the purchase of 2 highly rated robotic lawnmowers by another company, I needed a “Bill Goat” mower to climb a somewhat rolling yard with 45 degree slopes, dips, rolls, with a range of lush grass to heavy weeds. I was tired of literally crawling on my hands and knees to lay a perimeter wire and then when the wire was cut, I had to crawl again to find the break. FAST FORWARD: Mammotion exceeds my expectations for robotic mowers. The RTK technology does not require perimeter wires. The mower connected within a few seconds to the WiFi and satellite. Once out of the box, I had to learn how to “drive” my cellphone so that the mower could track the boundary lines of my property. It was the Billy Goat” that I needed to crawl up the slopes and over the rough terrain it did the job without any issues. The only complaint I had was after a few days, the battery would not charge. The Customer Service Department was not able to solve the problem. Within a few hours, Mammotion quickly responded with a return shipping label. I would purchase another Mammotion mower as it proved its ability to cut, mow, and stay within the property lines.

Uses RTK and satellite technology to precisely map mowing areas without perimeter wire.
The Luba mini is a game changer for robotic mowers. It uses RTK and satellite technology to let customer map mowing areas that precisely position the mower on your lawn without the need for perimeter wires or complex mapping. Using your cell phone to control, simply drive the Luba along the perimeter of your lawn and it will map your mowing area one and done. The camera system used will avoid any obstacles such as trees or objects in your yard. You can additionally detail no mow zones if needed. The Luba will then mow your mapped area in straight lines turn around and cut the next straight line like a human would. No more time wasted on random pattern mowing. In addition, the Luba is all-wheel drive. Mowing on steep hills is not an issue with this mower. These two features set it apart from all other robot mowers to where it is actually useful and it gives me time back in my busy schedule. You still have to trim your lawn on the edges the Luba 100% delivers on mowing your lawn. The app is solid and easy to control. The added feature of being able to adjust mowing height is also exceptional for Robot mowers. This robot mower delivers.

Amazing performance on my steep hill. Lawn looks great now.
I'm really delighted with my Luba Mini, and I'm glad I chose this model. I'm a bit embarrassed to say that it does a much better job than I ever did since I was probably cutting the grass too short, so I wouldn't have to mow as often. Now, the lawn looks so much better, and I can easily maintain it on a regular basis, so it always looks great. My house is on a double lot with a modest lawn, but also has a pretty steep embankment behind the back yard - really too steep for a riding lawnmower to safely climb, and a real challenge for me, as I've become older. I was delighted at the ease with which the Mini is able to conquer that really steep back lot. Having the mowing done is an enormous time saver, and when it's finished, the Mini drives itself back to the charger and takes a nap, all on it's own. It's really quiet, so it can even work at night. It's rugged, well made, and very well designed. There are also good safety features to protect kids and pets. Very pleased with this purchase. I chose the Mini, but there are other models if you have a bigger property as well.
