Heats and cools great
Works great for heat and air. Kept an outdoor shed that was insulated cool in high 90, low 100 temperatures.

It could snow in my room!
I am hot natured and going through menopause. I like to sleep cold but my room receives afternoon sun so my room is about 5°-7° warmer than the rest of downstairs. I don't want ac to run all the time and raise my bills. So this works wonderfully! I love the sound of the fan! It isn't overly loud.It is always cold in my room. I like to say it snows all the time in my room. I am happy!

Defective expensive product and won’t hold up to the one year warranty after five months.
The first one was not working. The second one quit working with-in 5 months. It is supposed to have a one year warranty, but the company is jacking me around. I don’t want anybody else to go through what I have. So you might wanna avoid this company

Awesome
I purchased this for my salon and it is awesome. Heats and cools almost too good but I highly recommend it.

Underpowered and loud
After 8 hours of running fully vented, properly installed, and listening to it run as loud as any window unit you've ever heard, it turned my livingroom into a swamp. I had it set for cooling at 78°. I didn't want to work it too hard because this is humid Florida. The machine was putting out cold air, but it wasn't getting cold. I checked the installation and the hot air was being expelled outdoors. Nothing was generating heat in the living room. It is not able to cool the room size that it says that it can. I called but could not get any assistance from the manufacturer even after Amazon gave me their phone number. I left my concerns and number with their automated system offering to call me back and... crickets. That does not inspire confidence. Thankfully, say what you want about Amazon, but you got to love that return policy. Otherwise I would not have taken the chance on this unit. I gave it two stars because it's pretty.

Good product need a bit of improvement
Water bucket holding the condensation water is too cumbersome for me

Split a/c heat unit
Packed extremely well and arrived before it was supposed to. It works great. I have it in my She-shed. I haven’t tried the heater part yet. I will update review when I do.

Easy to use!
Love it ! Cat shed had the heat needed cooling! They love it and so easy to run ,move and hook up! Best money I ever spent!
