hinge quality and very reasonable

The smallest bright bass hinges I could find at local hardware stores were too thick for the small display boxes I was making. Those hinges would dominate the appearance of the box too much and would need to be mortised into the wood to permit the lid to close without a gap if they were mounted in the way I intended. Furthermore, they would have cost something north of $4 each, and I had made a bunch of these display boxes for the grandkids. The hinges I bought from Amazon are simple, smaller and thinner, and perfectly suited to the purpose. And I now have 20-30 pairs of hinges for about the price of what two pairs would have cost at the hardware store.

Very thin and weak material, fine for decorative items, not for everyday use. Holes aren't countersunk, so screws won't sit flush unless you countersink them. They're okay.

They look good. They all seem to be put together correctly..Just know they count each screw as part of the 300 piece.

The hinges were fine. But the screws were of poor quality. Many of the heads would not accept a screwdriver and many heads snapped off during installation. If you choose these screws, I suggest also buying some good quality screws from another source

They are good hinges for jewelry boxes. Comes with tiny screws which were a challenge at first to handle. Solution: pre-dent with a nail first. Walla goes right in. Thanks, good product.
