I’m quite surprised after reading all of the reviews. I took a chance on this. They really do work!

After taking these pills for several weeks, I have seen positive changes to both my focus and energy level without causing any jitteriness or afternoon crash. This surprised me as the product does contain caffeine. The only reason I’m taking off one star is that this product is too pricey for me to take them all of the time. Each bottle is meant to be just a one week supply (6 pills a day for 5 days and then a 2 day break). So I take these Monday thru Friday and then use the weekend as the break. The break keeps your body from building a tolerance that would decrease effectiveness. These pills are on the larger side and taking 6 at once is a lot but they don’t have any weird smell or aftertaste and the smooth pills aren’t too difficult to swallow. They also haven’t caused me any stomach upset or nausea or any other gastrointestinal issues even when taken on an empty stomach. The bottle arrived properly sealed and none of the pills were broken or stuck together.
