This product works better than vinegar. I used it for my last clean out and found most of the scale already removed from treating two weeks prior.

Wow, this stuff is amazing! Every once in awhile I get scale build up in my hot tub. I usually drain and scrub it by hand. A total pain! I looked around and found this and it came the next day. I dumped the entire bottle in and the next morning the shell was silky smooth. The water is crystal clear. Will buy more for maintenance.

I had hard scale everywhere in the hot tub, emptied tub and scrubbed like crazy with a brush and vinegar, I only got a small portion off and it would have taken many hours to do the whole tub without even getting it completely clean. Instead, I filled it back up put a full bottle of this in the tub and ran the heater, next morning all the scale was gone. Draining and re-filling, I will use small dose from now on to keep from building up.

I added this product to lossen scale and calcium into the water as suggested by other purchasers and it was useless. But after draining then spraying it on surfaces as directed with a bit of scrubbing it worked well.I am lowering the PH and using another brand to prevent the build up, hoping it works.

We've tried a lot of different products to remove the residue in out hot tub and were usually disappointed with the results. This product really worked and we will buy again.

I followed the directions, let it soak for a while and kept spraying the scale ring in my spa as I worked. My spa was out of commission for a while so the ring was kind of bad in some areas. This product did nothing, even on the areas with less scale.

Easy to use and does the job.
