THis does not work for the main US satellites
I cannot use this product because it does not find US based satellites for Dish Network or Direct TV.

Difficult for beginners.
Directions are unclear and presumptive, like a tech having previous experience. Go online for clarification and videos are in another language. Somehow I erased all the satellite options and cant restore. No customer support. Dont buy one unless your a tech.

This product might be great for others but it was way to complicated, no instructions or YouTube videos on it. We’re tech people but without instructions it was just to much to figure out on your own.

Difficult to use
Screen is scratched up making it hard to read. This was supposed to be new! Would definitely not recommend.
