Q: These come in 3 color versions. Which color spectrum is best for Seedling development?

I have the pinkish ones and they work great

Q: If the depth of my shelf is 16 inches, how many of these lights per shelf?

My shelves are 24" deep and I have to rows of lights. That gives a full width of even light. If you got the shelf full of plants to the edge I would use 2 rows. I think 1 row would be ok for 1 foot. 2 rows gives a nice solid coverage.

Q: How many lumens in the 3ft whiteish pink lights?

Company says like 1200 lumens. I mean I'm but a standard seed tray should get 3000 lumens. If you put 2 lights for one seed tray, which doesn't fit one seed tray at what 8x14 max it's still short and will make your sprouts go leggy. So if you do the standard 6x2 or 6x3 stretching your growing area the manufacturer is at best ignorant. You'd think someone selling grow lights at a reasonable but high end cost would calculate this and make them to a standard for grow trays. Feel free to argue my math but this product is a 30-50% rip off. That's not even getting into the quality of the led or wiring. Which now I'm highly suspicious of.

Q: Does this come with a timer?

Mine did not come with a timer. We had our own plug-in type timers for other uses, so we just used one of those.
