Great for runners and runners wannabe
One of the best running books I’ve ever read. Great tips, even for someone that’s been running 30 years. Funny and easy to read. As a health coach and behavior analyst, I was happy to see that she sticks to proven strategies and simple ways to increase health and safe running.

Perfect for both the new and seasoned runner
Hate the title; love the content. As soon as I finished reading my kindle version, I bought a hard copy for a colleague who is a new runner. Like me, he is not a fan of 'potty-humor'. In spite of that, he still took the book with him on a business trip...after putting a brown paper cover on it. We both enjoyed the content- jam packed with useful information, helpful pointers, and tips.

We actually know how to…
Gave it to my daughter as she is about to run a marathon - she found it funny and useful in preparing for the race

Funny and Useful
This book is a great read for anyone wanting to get more serious about running. I learned a lot of useful tips and tricks and laughed along the way.

Good for people very new to running
It’s an alright read, especially for people new to running. Some sections are informative, many have no new information if you are a reasonably informed runner. The section on nutrition is mildly fat-phobic and needs a serious review.

A must-read/must-have for all runners
Informative and funny -- this book is a must-read/must-have for all runners (or even wannabe runners like me). Great tips and not even just about how to make yourself poop (though, that was also helpful).
