Great for runners and runners wannabe
One of the best running books I’ve ever read. Great tips, even for someone that’s been running 30 years. Funny and easy to read. As a health coach and behavior analyst, I was happy to see that she sticks to proven strategies and simple ways to increase health and safe running.

Fun Read, Useful Info
This was a great book that covers all sorts of aspects related to running. My only complaint is that not all of the advice is rock solid; some tips in the book you may want to take with a grain a salt. For the most part, however, it's helpful information for all types of athletes, from beginner 5K runners to lovers of triathlons.

No more pre-race shrimp scampi for me!
I'm a terrible running/race prepper with one too many close calls in the ol' poopin myself department. The book title speaks to my soul and I would have been an idiot not to purchase. I'm glad I did. I was pleasantly surprised to find this book pretty much covers any scenario you may be up against in your running life. And even provided tips I didn't know I wanted to know like: saran wrapping your titties. Thanks Chapter 16!Perfectly formatted for on the bowl reading, too!

Funny and Useful
This book is a great read for anyone wanting to get more serious about running. I learned a lot of useful tips and tricks and laughed along the way.

Good for people very new to running
It’s an alright read, especially for people new to running. Some sections are informative, many have no new information if you are a reasonably informed runner. The section on nutrition is mildly fat-phobic and needs a serious review.

Perfect for both the new and seasoned runner
Hate the title; love the content. As soon as I finished reading my kindle version, I bought a hard copy for a colleague who is a new runner. Like me, he is not a fan of 'potty-humor'. In spite of that, he still took the book with him on a business trip...after putting a brown paper cover on it. We both enjoyed the content- jam packed with useful information, helpful pointers, and tips.
