I had an issue with my bike and needed replacement parts, the after service care was exceptional! They stayed in constant communication with me and sent my replacement parts free of charge, five separate parts in all, they even sent an extra pedal.After receiving my parts I added some accessories and I think the bike looks great! I bought my bike after buying my son one first. It rode so well and the suspension was so much better than the Ridstar bikes my two older sons bought I’m extremely pleased with my purchase and the quality of the bikes.

The bike did take a few days to come but overall delivery was fast. The assembly took me about an hour and it came with all the proper tools for me to put it together. For the price this bike is very nice, very high quality. I took it for a ride today and it was raining, despite the warnings it did really well, the ride was comfortable. The bike functions very well, the brakes are great, the seat doesn’t hurt and it’s very spacious, the various speeds make it easy so you don’t have to work very hard to get to the location you desire. Overall for the price I paid I say this bike is very very nice.

If you purchase this please read the reviews. I purchased it on value. Then I read the reviews. My mistake. After 33 miles it stopped working electrically. I contacted the seller through Amazon. Apertently it happened to others. I went on the forums and tried all the suggestions they recommended. Still not working. The manufacturer had zero support other than take a picture? To what I still don't understand. I will send a picture of what ever they need? It does not function? I past my 30 day return but that is not what I needed. I would appreciate it to be fixed or diagnosed? Getting hold of support has been difficult . I do not endorse buying this product. It had happened to other purchasers that it stopped working. Obviously something is a constant problem with these elecltric bikes that others are having problems with. Not a good purchase.

Fantastic bike!I literally look forward to riding it every day.After unlocking the performance mode, people were stunned to see me riding it on the streets and keeping up with traffic.I've been stopped more times than I can count to ask about it.Great commute bike or recreational bicycle.The only thing I can complain about so far is the seat is a bit wide in the front. If you are using pedal assist on long rides(5-10 miles) your thighs start feeling it. No biggie, I just switch it up with throttle only and problem solved.I've owned electric skateboards and a One wheel, but this is my first ebike.I was originally only shopping for a fat tire mountain bike, but after a lot of shopping the one I wanted was $500.I decided to look into an fat tire electric mountain bike and decided to settle on this, because of the sturdiness and look of it.I also wanted to occasionally commute to work on it, and the head/tail lights w/turn signals already included had me almost hooked.I decided to spend a little more money that the bike I originally had my eye on in order to get to get an electric one, and haven't regretted it.After a few weeks I have already put close to 100 miles on it. One everything I read about e-bikes was correct, about how the ride dramatically smooths out after 50 miles.Added the extra insurance, because I intend to get every penny out of this thing.Very happy with my purchase.

Best class 3 ebike in its prixe category! You can't find a comparable ebike for the same price. Dual suspension rides like you're gliding on glass. Bright light for no worries night riding, and the turn signals and brake light set it apart from most others. I'm 6'1" and the seat height is no problem for me at all. Very comfortable ride. Money well spent.

The media could not be loaded. Really nice bike, so far we had no issues with but one, after assembling the bike it would only go 14mph, which was disappointing because it was advertised as 32mpg potentially speed. We almost returned it, but after some research we were able to disconnect speed control.

Bike rides smooth and has enough power. As advertised. Customer service has been outstanding with this company.

Compré esta bicicleta eléctrica el jueves pasado, y aunque decía que llegaría hasta el próximo viernes, ¡me sorprendió que llegó este domingo, cinco días antes! Desde el inicio la experiencia fue excelente.La bici está hecha con materiales de muy buena calidad, se siente resistente y bien construida. Venía parcialmente desarmada, pero solo fue cuestión de instalar la llanta delantera, el volante y los faros. El manual ayuda bastante, no fue complicado dejarla lista.Ya la probé y hasta la reconfiguré para ajustar la velocidad. Hasta ahora ha funcionado muy bien, es una excelente adquisición y la recomiendo si estás buscando una bici eléctrica confiable y de buen rendimiento.
