I’m loving the quality, crisp sound. Bass is pretty decent but I’ve been spoiled by my Bose QuietComfort II which offered superb bass. Other than that, I LOVE how these are Apple favored, offering Spatial Audio and noise cancellation and automatically connect to all my Apple devices and once I put them on. The best thing about it is it never falls off my ear, which is why I had to dump my Bose. These are also comfortable; I like the different multiple sizes of buds available to ensure they’re a perfect fit in your ear. battery life is also great ; I find myself charging the case once every 6 weeks. These are a wonderful choice if you’re looking for earbuds that stay in place.

These earbuds are superbly dope. It was cray how easily my iPhone connected to the case. They lock in my ears snug and the sound is just awe inspiring. I’ve had them for 2 weeks now and only charged my case once. I’m happy with my purchase. Get them, they won’t disappoint you.

I thought the design of these - being more vertical and much smaller than the first generation - would not be great but I was wrong. These are extremely comfortable, light and barely noticeable. The fit is great - no movement while working out or working around the house. The noise cancelling and awareness options are fantastic. I also hate wearing a heart rate monitor while I'm working out but I have to watch that during exercise. I've noticed the readings between my watch, a treadmill, and the headphones are very close making the headphones a great way to track my heart rate while I'm exercising. Overall, very pleased with these headphones.

I got it in the original box and it was good. It had some issues connecting at first and I got scared but It did work in the end with some trouble shooting. Works perfectly and have used it everyday so far. Microphone is great but the noise cancellation is not the best. I’d say 75% maybe 60%. Still great and stays on ear no matter what.

PAINFUL listening experience with NO EQ??????? These headphones have the worst sound quality I've heard in years, and with Apple preventing users from fixing it via EQ, it is nothing short of an insult to the consumer. I wouldn't pay $20 for these, let alone $250, let alone the refurbished price.

Without a doubt a great set of earbuds and the selection of earbud cones is very helpful.

Bought these as a gift for my boyfriend. He uses them every day. The headphones stay on his ears well while moving, and bluetooth works great for phone calls/music. Orange is his favorite color, too, so that was a plus. Overall would say worth the price for the value.
