When I got this, I had to do some major research on this. I knew that the combination of D3 & K2 is optimal because the K2 helps the D3 go to the bones instead of going to the wrong places.I've got Osteopenia which is a precursor to Osteoporosis. I'm being told by the doctor that is normal as we age but she had me on D3 but then I saw this with the combination of both. I did some research on Google and noticed that the 10,000 IU's of D3 is optimal for someone with my condition. And the K2, as I previously mentioned, is a great combination. I'm going to suggest that you consult with your doctor and have your blood work taken to make sure that this isn't too much for you as my husband's doctor doesn't want him on any more than 6.000 IU's of D3 a day.Having said all that, this product is great for people like me. The pills are small so even I can take them. --- yeah, I have a problem taking large pills. I also like that it has coconut oil instead of all sorts of fillers and byproducts.I also did some price comparison and the price of this product is well in line with what you get. Maybe even a bit better since you only have to take one a day.All in all, I'm quite impressed and will be adding this to my daily regimen of vitamins.

That said...These little pills, described as "Vitamin D3 10000 iu Plus K2 (MK-7) 200 mcg, 180 Virgin Coconut Oil Softgels, 2 in 1 Vitamins D & K Complex, Supports Calcium Absorption, Bone & Heart Health" are easy to take (they're tiny) and even have a somewhat pleasant taste if they stay on your tongue or in your mouth a little too long (a concern for those of us who aren't great with swallowing pills). I would get these again.I have a severe Vitamin D deficiency (pretty common where I live, my doctor says), and I'm not a good absorber. To avoid shots (nooooo!), I agreed to take extra gummies in addition to my multivitamin, but after a while, that gets old. I saw these and decided to add a little variety into my vitamin routine, and I'm glad I did. I like the texture of these (so smooth), and though I can't say that this is tied to this supplement, I have not noticed any decline in the little energy boost I tend to get when I take my usual D vitamin. I count that as a positive. The price is higher than my usual vitamin, but the tradeoffs make it worth it to me. Especially as there is the added benefit of K for bone health, apparently. If you take vitamin D currently, I'd recommend giving these a shot to see whether you feel the same with results.

OK, so I have been told I should take this and this brand has the right dosages and is at the right price. You get 180 in the bag, which is awesome. The softgels are small and easy to swallow. They seem to be very good quality and the vitamin D and K2 are exactly what I needed. I hope they are doing what I'm told they will do and I will continue to use these in my daily regimen. They arrived quickly and were well packaged and sealed. Recommend.

I really like this vitamin D3 with k2. It's to take, the capsules are nit big and very easy to take. I'll be getting my vitamin D levels checked in a couple weeks again and I'm curious what the results will be.I'll update my review with the results.The price is really good for this vitamin D and for the amount you get.Vitamin D is such an important hormone/vitamin, especially for those living in the north.

This is a large dose of Vit D and good sized dose of K2. Apparently the K2 is needed to help your body move the calcium absorbed to your bones and teeth instead of potentially accumulating in the arteries. The pills are small and easy to swallow. The pills come in a resealable envelope that blocks light helping to keep the pills from degrading. The expiration date is 03/2027 which is 2 years away.

These seem to be a quality product. The listing states they are lab tested, but I would love to see the lab report posted, like a lot of supplements do. I am not a fan of the bag, so I put these in left over pill bottles. Other than that, the seem good.

Easy to swallow soft gel capsules that deliver D & K together so they can work synergistically. No strange smells and no aversion to the taste. Work as expected and described.
