The instructions say spray on hair and let dry. Can you use this on wet hair, if so how are you suppose to let it dry?

I spray on wet hair, comb through, and proceed to blow dry. My hair dried without frizz and I used a barrel curling iron to get loose curls and they were soft and smooth.
