Piaa[peer] sport horn 330 +400 HZ [number] HO-9

solid sound, not louder than stock but a deeper sound that I was looking for. Save some money with this version and not the American version. Same horn diff box and price.

The media could not be loaded. I recently installed the PIAA dual horns on my Polaris Slingshot. The horns are set at 330 Hz. and 400 Hz. which gives the combined frequencies a much deeper and throatier sound. Luckily, my Slingshot had a hole on each side of the frame surrounding the air filter, so it made it much easier to install. The Slingshot only came with one horn and the sound from it was weak and tinny. This combo from PIAA works great. Very pleased with the outcome. I needed to fabricate a set of jumper wires to go to the left-side horn but that was not a problem. I highly recommend these horns for anyone seeking to improve the sound of their car horn.

I ordered this version because it was quite a bit cheaper than the more commonly available PIAA horn but boy it took a LONG time to arrive, all the way from Japan vs an Amazon warehouse. Just a heads up. As for performance it's just what I was looking for. You can always go bigger and add a compressor horn but for direct replacement this is one of the best. I got these to upgrade my '22 Honda HRV factory horns from the Japanese import "meep meep" to a fuller sounding "HONK!". I used an adapter kit (sold separately) to plug these into the factory plug and ground them to the mounting bracket. Loud, nice tone and attention grabbing, just what I wanted!

Death to puny vimpy girly baby horns. Wire in a relay and give these horns all the power they need. They sound so much better than the stock roadrunner meep meep horn. Even better, two pair of these work great at getting drivers whose nose is in their phone to look at the road.The instructions are in Japanese so you know it's legit. Super easy install, one terminal for ground and the other for power. They are interchangeable.

100% Required upgrade for the Rav4Install: instructions are not in English but its only two connectors with the trumpet facing down towards the ground the top pin is Positive and the lowest pin is Ground.Bought march 2023if you buy the premade adapters it becomes a 20 minute install.

The horns come with a single black grounding wire with a spade connector that fits onto the horn etc.. I bought an additional electrical connector kit specific for my vehicle, uxcell 2Pcs Plastic Car Horn Speaker Adapter Wiring Harness Pigtail Socket for Toyota, which made installing these extremely fast and easy. I chose to ground the horns to the bolts attaching the hood latch. The additional kit is essential for making this a fast and easy install. I am only rating 4 stars because I need to see how these hold up over time.
